Food Empire Honoured as Singapore’s Most Valuable Brand for Third Consecutive Year

Singapore, 30 November, 2005 - SGX main board-listed Food Empire Holdings, a leading food
and beverage group is pleased to announce that it has been honoured for the third consecutive
year as a winner of the annual Singapore Brand Award 2005. The awards are unveiled in the
Singapore Brand Award press conference organized by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore
today. This annual award honours the top 15 Singapore companies selected as having the most
valuable brands at national level.
Food Empire Holdings was ranked 13th in this year’s award and was valued as having an
estimated brand value of S$84 million on the basis of its strong portfolio of brands.
