FRENCH INNOVATION CORNER

FOOD INGREDIENTS EUROPE 2017 : FRANCE S LATEST INNOVATIONS

Business France, the national agency supporting the international development of the French economy, will once again be running the French Pavilion and its Innovation Corner at the world-renowned Food Ingredients Europe fair, which takes place in Frankfurt on November 28-30. It will be attended by around 30 French companies who will be showcasing their products and know-how.

After the success of the French Innovation Corner at the FIE show in 2015, Business France will be organizing a new contest at the Ingredients pavilion. For this latest edition, the show is built again around three categories:

• Functional Foods (from babies to the elderly)

• Ferments and probiotics

• Proteins of the future

NutriMarketing and BPI France will be teaming up with Business France as partners and members of the jury. To recap, this is a contest geared primarily towards promoting France's innovations and enhancing the potential of its firms.

The awards ceremony will take place on the Hall 11 Booth D-80 on Tuesday November 28th at 4pm. Come on and see us to discover the winners and special awards!
