Group Feedback

• Model answers

• Discussion

Major NCThe information in the Auditor Register for Karen Smedley (0000-6) does not fully demonstrate that the FSSC 22000 auditor qualification requirements have been met, as follows:

a. The CV is not dated nor does it indicate when the auditor was qualified for FSSC 22000 audits

b. Initial training records were not available for food defense, food fraud

c. No examination records for HACCP, PRP, ISO/IEC 17021-1, ISO/TS 22003:2013 or ISO 19011:2011 training

d. Audit experience is indicated as 4 audits/8 days instead of 5 audits/10 days

e. The witness audit for 25 July 2017 has not been uploaded

f. The information in the AR has not been validated – auditor is showing as “in-progress”

g. The auditor is indicated as being qualified for:a. Category I, however there is no record of the 30hrs training required. No packaging audits

have been conducted to date

b. FSSC 22000-Quality, however there is no training indicated for ISO 9001:2015. No FSSC 22000-Quality audits have been conducted to date

The auditor was qualified on 25 July 2017.

Minor NC

The re-certification audit of Arnotts conducted on 25 July

2017 has not been entered into the ADS. The audit is not

showing in the Audit Experience of the Auditor Register and

this information is pulled automatically from the ADS. The

certification decision date was 20 August 2017, which

would require the information to be uploaded in the ADS by

20 Sept 2017.
