Purpose statement
This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to handle guest luggage.
Specifically, it enables the trainee to handle guest luggage in a professional way by considering
the delicacy and carefulness required, accuracy while tagging them for proper identification,
storage and transportation. Furthermore, it provides the technical skills in transportation of
guest luggage to the desired destination by using the appropriate equipment and effectively
reporting to the concerned.
