2CONCEPTUALIZATION

During the conceptualization, a minimalistic approach to design the logo was undertaken. Therefore, only the strongest diagnostic cues were taken from the inspira-tion elements and woven around the concept of inte-gration and mentorship to create the final logo. As Foot & Boot aims to train and groom the young talent and prepares them for future, emphasis has been laid down on the modern elements of the game.

Stadium: In modern soccer stadia, the canopy roof-top is the most strongest and captivating element of the architecture. Therefore, the curve shape of the canopy roof-top was taken as the first ele-ment and a simplifcation process was performed to obtain a more basic shape.

Soccer Ball: The strongest diagnostic cue of a soccer ball is its almost perfect spherical shape with pentagonal and hexagonal patches woven on the surface in succession to each other. How-ever, in more recent balls a more regular curvacious shapes have started to feature. Therefore, only the spherical shape was chosen as the second element of the logo with a tinge of modernity.
