Imagine a football player.... Imagine a business man....

His project aim is it to score as many goals as he can and to deter the opposite team from scoring

His project goal is it to finish all the tasks set in high quality and under time pressure

Facing the challenge of: §  Time pressure §  Weigh of expectation of the

client/ company

other skilled players §  Form fluctuations

What do both have in common? §  To finish their projects successfully they both need to have sufficient skills and continuously develop them

through trainings §  A very high level of motivation and coordination is needed §  Both need to be totally focused on the project goal and be highly concentrated §  If both take on the challenge, they will learn from mastering as well as from failing
