ANNOUNCING FOR HIS GLORY BIBLE COLLEGE

FALL SEMESTER CLASSES

As the summer months are quickly coming to a close, preparation is underway at FHG Bible College in New Berlin,

Wisconsin, for the opening of classes this Fall. Students taking these courses will be blessed to explore the depths of

God’s Word with the benefit of knowing Him more and having their hearts, lives and ministries changed for God’s good

purposes.

The Seven Laws of Teaching is a classic book on the excellence of teaching written by John Milton

Gregory in which he lists seven principles that can attribute to more effective teaching. Rev.

Bonney Neary will be instructing students from this text with the added benefit of using the often-

neglected book of Leviticus as a means of applying these teaching principles. This class is sure to

impact not only those who are called to teach in a classroom or ministry setting, but also those who

desire to understand God’s Word at a deeper level. The course will include three 2-day periods of

concentrated study during September and October with several weeks in between to do the reading

and written assignments prepared by Rev. Bonney. What a wonderful opportunity to answer the call

to rise to a greater level of excellence in teaching, study and understanding!

We are blessed to announce that Dr. Dana Bonelli, Director of Word of Life Counseling Center at

Poplar Creek Church, will once again teach a course she wrote that gives the student a foundational

study of Biblical Counseling. If your heart is being turned toward this important ministry within the

Body of Christ, this course is a must. (Offered in conjunction with Word of Life Counseling Center.)

“To everything there is a season…” is one of the most well-known verses from the book of

Ecclesiastes. King Solomon was the author and had come to a point when he was examining his life

and the vanity of earthly pursuits versus the call to love God and obey His commands. In this 12-week

study, Dr. Bill Connor--a frequent teacher at Poplar Creek Church--will guide you through the ups and downs expressed

by Solomon and will bring proper biblical perspective as well as personal application to your own hearts and lives.

For His Glory annual board meetinG

A highlight of the board meeting was a Skype call with Dr. Tobias from Word of Truth Bible College in Kenya.

The Annual Board Meeting of FHG Inc. was held at the college office in New Berlin, Wisconsin, on June 15, 2016. The joy of the Lord was evident as we were blessed with sweet reunion and shared testimony of the good things of the Lord and of increased vision for the future of For His Glory Ministries & Bible College. Always a blessing to our hearts are the annual reports from our chartered schools of divinity – River of Blessing Bible College in Lusaka, Zambia and The Word of Truth Bible College in Webuye, Kenya. Graduations will be taking place at both colleges this Fall and new students will be added. A sugar cane crop is soon to be harvested at WOTBC in Webuye—a means to help them financially; and plans are underway for further outreach into surrounding nations for many of the students and staff of RBBC in Zambia. There will also be a graduation at FHGBC in the coming year, including many incarcerated students who have been diligently pressing on in their biblical studies. With a focus on nouthetic counseling and continued cooperation with Poplar Creek Church there has been a strengthening of stakes at the college resulting in a multiplication in the number of equipped lay counselors who are solidly grounded in God’s Word. In addition to the godly counsel and wisdom that came forth at the meeting for specific decisions that were made, a word of encouragement from the Lord came to us from Luke 1:45 – Blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord. Yes, we have a sense of expectation as we watch for the performance of the promises from the Lord which we have believed by faith. As we remain willing and obedient, we shall see the goodness of the Lord outpoured in the land of the living! To His name be all the glory! We thank you for your prayers and support as together we press on in equipping the saints for the work of the ministry both in the United States and into the uttermost parts of the earth!

DIVINE CONNECTION ACROSS THE MILES AND CONTINENTS

These were the words in the email that I sent to Dr. Tobias, President of WOTBC in Kenya, on May 14th. After weeks of technical problems, the vision of being able to speak to the students and teach them God’s Word had become a reality!

As the Director of FHG Foreign Schools, I have been blessed to be in email contact with Dr. Tobias since before the college was chartered in 2009. Thousands of emails and two trips to Kenya later, the vision was coming to pass so that on May 15th there would be a connection not only in the Spirit and ministry to ministry, but also a visual and audio connection to encourage one another in the Word of God!

It was the women of FHG Bible Fellowship who donated the funds that enabled WOTBC to purchase the flat screen TV and other audio-visual equipment needed to provide the students and staff with the opportunity to view teaching videos, power point presentations, and to have “live” conversations and teachings with me, with Dr. Beth Laurent, and the teaching staff of FHGBC. What a wonderful blessing to be able to stay in closer contact with our beloved brothers and sisters in Christ. Thank you, women of God, for your thoughtful and generous hearts!

WAR ROOM SEMINARS June 7 & July 12, 2016

Thirty-five women set themselves apart to attend day-long seminars to learn more about prayer, intercession and spiritual warfare. The seminars were taught by Dr. Kathy Bojanowski, director of the weekly interdenominational study that meets at New Beginnings Community Church in Shallotte, NC. Prior to the seminar teachings, the movie War Room was shown, stirring hearts to rise up in God’s strength and Spirit as women of prayer. The remaining hours were spent in biblical teaching, prayer, and discussion. A delicious and healthy Daniel Fast Lunch was served at the July seminar to show those medically unable to fast all food that there is an alternative way to fast and pray.

be sharp, threshing instruments in Your hand! Continue to strengthen

them and use them for your purposes and glory, in Jesus’ name, amen!
