-Key partners in child/family care-
Actual working environmentThe number of late marriages, nuclear families and double-income households are growing. It is said that these are the causes of Japan's low birthrate and aging society. It is urgent that we create a society and working environment where you may have and raise a child without fear and where you may provide care to your family members.
For a workplace supportive of child/family careThe understanding and cooperation of others are crucial for child care and family care. If there is anyone around you who is taking care of children/family members, please pay proper attention to their working hours and decrease their miscellaneous duties.
