GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTION
Interval Training—Insanity DVD—Are you ready to dig deep? All fitness levels and ages are welcome to join this class and push at your own level. You will perform1-minute long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. EachINSANITY workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and an- aerobic intervals performed at your MAX. The result: burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour. Not sure you can hang? Of course you can!! All of the exercises are done at YOUR personal best.Come check it out and watch the pounds melt away.
Zumba—Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba®
program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie- burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before partici- pants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! JOH (Journey of the Heart) Group Exercise for DiabetesThis is a fun filled 30 minute low impact aerobic exercise class designed to promote weight loss, increase energy and control diabetes. Great for beginners, all ages and fitness levels. All diabetic JOH members will receive a raffle ticket for attending class and will be entered into an end of the year drawing for GREAT FITNESS PRIZES!!

the body in restful postures. Note that 'rest' is different than sleep. Rest provides the body an opportunity to renew and heal. Restorative yoga, as well as other forms of yoga, help to trigger the Parasympathetic nervous system also known as the PNS. The PNS is responsible for balanc- ing the body and bringing its response system back into balance.
