Sprint Nextel Sales Process

• NOTE: Immediately after each sale, the Sprint/Nextel sales representative must email Handheld Contact sales representative with the following customer information for each new activation:

• Customer Name• BAN

• Number of Units activated with HHC SOCs PDSHHCACT• Customer Point of Contact• Customer POC Phone number• Customer POC email address• Nextel Sales Representative name & contact information.• • WIAT orders automatically generate an email with the order details pre-

populated and addressed to Handheld Contact after the order has been entered in the system. Nextel Sales Representative only need to complete a few fields within the email and then click “Send” to ensure that Handheld Contact has all information required for provisioning the application correctly. Orders entered through FDT do not auto generate an email therefore, the Sprint/Nextel sales representative must follow the manual process to send the email to Handheld Contact: [email protected]
