Seth Berbano, a Materials Engineering Junior at Iowa StateUniversity has been busy in the labs of Osaka PrefectureUniversity (OPU) in Sakai City, Japan on a 10 week researchexperience (REU Program) sponsored by the IMI-NFG. Thepurpose of this program is to introduce students, like Seth, to theopportunities in glass research at a world class glass technicalfacility both within the US and abroad.
