District 4 HRDC’s Northern MT Child Development Center is requesting proposals for a copy machine. This proposal must include minimum monthly copies of 2000 B & W, and 1000 color prints. It must include du-plex, zoom, reduce, staple, exposure, photo, scanning and 3 hole punch. It must allow paper sized 8 1/2 x 11 to 11 x 17, have large capacity trays and a by-pass tray. This proposal must include a chemi-cal service plan and must be made by a major copy machine manufac-turer. Proposals must be submitted in person or postmarked by 5 p.m. on August 7th, 2020.
