STERN GARAGE

The yacht has a full beam width Garage with „Hydraulically operated Watertight Stern Door‟, 3 metres x 2 metres in size, which acts as the swim platform when open. The Garage area is large enough for one twin seater Jetski (not included) and water sports equipment (not included), access is via steps from main deck, through a full size watertight door. The stern door is hydraulically, power operated and fitted with automatic locking dogs & sensors which relays to the bridge to indicate, open / closed position. The garage is fitted with a double elbow, Jib crane (400 kg SWL) for lifting sports equipment to and from the water, stanchion stowage is fitted.

GUESTS INTERNAL FIT-OUT

All interior areas are constructed with “Floating” Floors marine ply walls & ceiling framing for panels system connected to the hull only through rubber connections, (Engineered by specialists) to minimize Noise and Vibration. Sound Proofing and heavy thermal insulation is fitted in all areas. “Phonekiller” Soundproofing has been applied to all interior surfaces, (where applicable), to further reduce sound levels, then the sound insulation above propellers on the walls, ceilings etc.

Spacious layout with good HIGH HEADROOMS in all entertaining areas is … … (2.2M) & (2.1M) clearances high.

Solimar Rubber Mounted Marine Plywood Flooring provides quietness and no vibration of wheelhouse, galley, sun lounge, captains and crew areas. These areas are provided with teak 6mm parquet floor.

All Down Light & Emergency Lights are LED.

HULL EXTERNAL

Hull and superstructure paintwork is Mirror Finished using “Awlgrip” marine products “Snow White”. Both Hull and Superstructure are filled shaped and faired with mirror finish using Polyester Urethane Marine Top Coatings applied by spray by a European Master Painter and represent a beautiful seaworthy smooth shape finish coated.

The stern gear is well designed, of the highest quality materials and fitted well, with the propeller selection skewed and handed 4 blades to minimize vibration. Rudders are offset outboard to maximize turning short with full helm, and also to facilitate drawing the propeller shaft without removing rudders.

All external deck areas and stairways are decked with 15mm thick, kiln dried, quarter sawn Teak, Fixtech glued to decks, with all planks joined by Glued Finger Joints, corked and sanded smooth.(Need repair and sanding)

All decks to be bleached to even colour, and finally sanded at handover.

MACHINERY AND ELECTRICAL

Engineering systems, Hydraulic lines, Plumbing, Electrical and Air conditioning ducting are installed to the highest International standards and are LLOYDS compliant, flexible connections and expansion joints are provided. Hydraulic Flexible Nose connecting valves, solenoids to piping are required to be franchised and installed.

Machinery is professionally well laid-out, solidly mounted and installed. Pipe work and Cable runs are placed below the floor plates or above ceilings in guest and crew areas. All strainers, valves, cocks, etc are easily accessible, and rubber flex joints are from Rubber Design.

Main Engines, Generators and other equipment and machinery selection are of the highest international standards for Superyachts. The Electrical system is 380V 50 cycles and 230 volt 50 cycles, Emergency and starting equipment is 24 volts DC. All circuits are protected with rated circuit breakers. All electrical bulkhead penetrations to survey standards. Main switchboard enclosures are Stainless Steel Tested to LLOYDS requirements. Twido and Wago equipment is provide to sequence safe operation of equipment and provide dual connection for electronic management to monitors fitted to the bridge.

TESTING / SEA TRIAL / HANDOVER

The yacht can be made fully operational and OPSI will assist to conduct Port Side Tests and Sea Trials to LLOYDS Requirements (Protocol) for Certification after missing equipment is provided by buyer. Certificates

and Manuals will be supplied at handover. NO CREW PROVISIONS or bunker fuel is included.

No personal items, games, sporting equipment, entertaining equipment, deck equipment or decorative items are included. As these are considered (Owners Supply).

Ocean Pacifico, was founded in 1994 and established itself as a proven builder of luxury Superyachts for discerning international buyers who demand excellence in every detail. To date three Superyachts have been completed. Two 38 metre yachts are presently in the Mediterranean.

Founder, and hands on Shipyard Manager, MR. Peter Cannon, Australian Engineer and proud provider of more than 50 years of structural, mechanical, electrical engineering experience and service. He has built a team of yacht specialist and craftsman with expertise in all facets of luxury motor yacht construction. Ocean Pacifico, located in Asia, at Subic Bay which is the final result of the broad depth of skill and ability of Mr. Cannon.

Quality of workmanship is maintained by Peter Cannon to the highest international standards, equalling to the best offered by European and North American shipyards. Management and current staff are on site and remain available for completion of this project.

Proof of the high standards established and maintained by Ocean Pacifico can be evidenced by present use of two prior builds now in current operation.

1. Build Number One, INCA ROSE 38 metres – First Yacht sailed from the Philippines to the Mediterranean. Subsequently has gone into, Successful Commercial Charter throughout the Mediterranean, Adriatic Sea and Gulf Regions.

2. Build Number Two, LIGAYA 38 metres – also sailed from the Philippines to the Mediterranean. Subsequently, she was sold to its present owner who successfully circumnavigated the Globe, enduring all weather conditions and experiences without difficulty. The vessel is also currently lying in San Remo, Italy.

All Ocean Pacifico yachts are based on Certified Lloyds Class X100- A1. SSC Yacht Mono G6 approved drawings and survey. Consulting on site by Naval Architect, Ben Van der Veur as Project Consultant in Subic Bay. He remains available to complete final details and management of this project. His past involvement assures seamless completion of this yacht.
