Quick Review: Managing Associations

An Organization Administrator can add/delete members, and change roles. Trainers and directors should have the Organization Administrator role.

IT staff and test coordinators should have the Organization Member role.

To add members, type the person’s Certiport username in the “Find” field and click “Submit”. Click on their last name (far left) and their name will appear in the managed associations. Default role is Organization Member. You may change the role in the drop-down box.

To proctor exams, you must check the proctor box on the association page, after accepting the proctoring agreement.

If you cannot check the proctor box, the person did not accept the proctoring agreement. Login at www.certiport.com, click on “My Profile,” and click on the “Roles” tab and click on “Become a Proctor”. Accept the agreement and click “Finish”.

“None” role allows members to proctor exams but no other access to your test center’s portal.
