EXISTING CONTRACTOR / WORKS

• Cruden Construction were the Contractor to Prime Noble Properties Ltd.

• Cruden Construction were appointed under a Letter of Intent to undertake detailed design, planning amendments, engineering solutions, demolition of previous buildings, site remediation, piling for the proposed residential development, site security and hoarding.

• The piling works have been completed and Cruden could warrant all works completed to date. All pre-commencement conditions had been discharged (with exception of the remediation strategy being signed off).

• The scheme stopped c. 15 months ago and the site was secured by Cruden until they were discharged by Prime Noble Properties Ltd.

• Cruden appointed the design team comprising CLA Architects (Liverpool) and Bailey Johnson Hayes (Structural Engineers). Contractor’s Proposals, drawings and outline specification can be made available by agreement.

• Cruden Construction is a private limited company, operating in North West England, headquartered in Warrington, Cheshire. The company is an experienced residential contractor with knowledge and experience of different forms of procurement and technical building solutions. The company is accredited to ISO 9001:2008 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Health and Safety) and is supported in its activities by a competent approved PAS91 compliant suppliers and subcontractors supply chain.

• Cruden Construction would be prepared to discuss and meet with interested parties, however, contact arrangements must be made via JLL or Wignall Brownlow.
