The Foresight ICE System is indicated for intracardiac and intraluminal ultrasound visualization of cardiac and great vessel anatomy as well as visualization of other devices in the heart and great vessels of patients.

The Foresight ICE System is intended to be used by physicians trained in cardiac catheterization in combination with fluoroscopic imaging and cardiac monitoring equipment with resuscitation equipment readily available.

The system is comprised of three components:

The Foresight ICE Catheter is an intracardiac echo imaging catheter designed to provide enhanced ultrasonic visualization of anatomical structures during minimally invasive cardiovascular procedures. Delivering a 360° field of view and forward viewing image acquisition capabilities, the Foresight ICE Catheter overcomes the viewing constraints of traditional ICE catheters to provide you with a more comprehensive depiction of the intracardiac anatomy.

The Conavi Hummingbird Console serves as the intuitive user interface as well as the image processing engine that drives the Foresight ICE System. Advanced technology has been integrated into this mobile cart-based unit, allowing it to activate and control the Foresight ICE Catheter’s innovative imaging core. In turn, the Conavi Hummingbird Console receives imaging data from the catheter, processing and displaying the data to you on its dual monitor display. The easy-to-use touchscreen places simplified operations right at your fingertips, giving you access to a robust toolset that enables you to enhance, manipulate, annotate, measure, and store your clinical images.

Foresight™ ICE PIMICE-PIM-10F-USA

The Foresight ICE PIM represents the system’s central interface, joining together the novel image acquisition capabilities of the Foresight ICE Catheter and the powerful image processing power of the Conavi Hummingbird Console. During an operation, the unit is placed by the patient’s leg area to allow the physician to have imaging control right at his or her fingertips.
