area at other times.

The following chart shows prices of ECs in Woodlands since launch till present day. ECs in Woodlands show healthy appreciation in prices, obtaining slightly lower than $700psf after privatisation. During the span of 14 years, Northoaks and Woodsvale saw an appreciation of psf of approximately $300, while La Casa, the relatively newer EC appreciated almost $200psf in 5 years.
