Dear reader, dear reader, this is a preface which, frankly, I would rather not have written. By the way, this manifest, originally, when it was written in early 2020, did not contain one. And why then did I decide to add it? simple! because, like other people, I could not remain indifferent to this extremely serious crisis that we went through as a result of the new Coronavirus pandemic.

That said, the manifest that you will read, after the end of this preface, far, far from being prophetic, already warned, as millions of people had also been warning, that our planet was on the verge of collapse. And, unfortunately, it began! Even before the countless signs presented, we preferred to cover our eyes, our ears, our noses and disdain the calamitous state that our society and our planet were and still are. How can we understand it? How to understand our vile neglect of 2.5 million children who are atrophied and irreversible growth in Yemen because of conflicts? I said two and a half million children. How can we justify the insane pollution we cause in our cities and oceans by killing ourselves? How to explain our arrogant stupidity that has already caused the deaths of some 500,000 people in Syria as a result of conflicts? I said five hundred thousand people. How can we allow ourselves to be impregnated by such pride and greed by concentrating practically all the world's riches in the hands of only 1% of the population? How could we spit in the face of our own house when it so sweetly, so gently, gave us water, earth, wind and shelter, all for free? What are they for? What are the countless bullets produced by the war industry for now? Are we going to shoot the virus with them? What good are all the artifacts of war produced around the world for at this time? Are we going to run over the virus with them? What is the point, at this moment, of all the money accumulated, in the hands of a few, if the planet succumbs for good? For me, honestly, there are no plausible answers to these questions...

Music “Heal the world” Michael Jackson And I say more: the new Coronavirus, far from what many think, is only the first burp, given by the Earth, if we do not

change our lifestyle drastically. The deaths caused by this new pandemic are undeniably indelible, but when it passes, if we continue to live in the same arrogant, stupid and greedy way that we live today, the next steps of the collapse that I repeat, has already begun, will take us all underground.

And that's where my concern lies: since we are stopping too abruptly, and forcibly, I fear that, as we come out of this crisis, we will not understand the message that the planet is giving us and we will step on the accelerator again. Of course, I understand! the stop was really very deep. But when we come out of this depression, it will not be the state of mania that will solve our problems. Let's go back to consuming like crazy to get rid of the backwardness? let's work in an even more unseasoned way than we have been working before, with no time for anything, only to continue generating money for money and not human satisfaction? or let's seek a new model of existence that aims at the quality of life of people and the planet?

Let's think! because what is coming, after the pandemic of the new Coronavirus, if we do not change our lifestyle, if we do not distribute income to all, if we do not respect the rhythm of the planet, if we do not decrease our pace of consumption (and how this crisis has shown us how it is possible to live with less), if we do not find a new balance of existence, what is coming, is a great farewell to everyone on the planet. The truth, in this case, is only one: either we unite to live together taking care of each other, or I say goodbye, here, in advance to everyone. The alert is given! The alert was given a long time ago...

Well then, with all my indignation, I want to say that when I wrote this manifest, I did it exactly so that we would reflect a lot on the need to create a better world without having to go through a catastrophic situation like this. But there was no time! Unfortunately, once again, humanity is moving only because a very deep pain has hit it. Unfortunately, humanity, until now, does not know what it is to move for love...

Well! now it is! sadness aside, and apart from the fact that at that moment I am ashamed to be of the human species, I hope, from the bottom of my soul, that by overcoming this acute moment we have gone through, we will be able to hear our hearts frequently and never let sufferings like this happen again. Here is my message of hope: as you will see in the following manifest there is nothing, nothing at all, but our own will, that will prevent us, as a matter of urgency, from implementing the UN's unavoidable objectives and goals for sustainable development and, at the same time, creating a better world based on "Chaordic Social Cells".

And so be it! may love enter our hearts so that together we can build a new world where peace, harmony and the health of the planet will come first. Everything will pass! and we will have a unique opportunity, when the dust drops, to change for good our way of living in society. And I am absolutely sure: we will not miss this opportunity, because love will be with us...

Time to press the reset button... The logic that puts the human being at the service of money, instead of

the opposite, is so, so absurdly stupid that to revise it is no longer only about breaking paradigms. To revise it, above all, is a matter of survival of the human species. Of leaving a viable planet for future generations...

Dear reader, dear reader, I begin this manifest by thanking you for your interest in discovering how, together, we can

build a new, sustainable world based on “Chaordic Social Cells”. If you have come this far it is because you are certainly interested in knowing how we can create a new socially just, economically viable world and, at the same time, implement the objectives and goals of sustainable development of the UN. If you have come this far it is because, like me, you have also felt that something is out of place. Or that many things are out of place. You have also felt, as I have, that despite all the knowledge we have, we have never been so lost and so disoriented. Never, despite all the technology we have, have we been so without reference to what is right and what is wrong. Never, despite all the resources around us, have we been so saddened in our work environments, generating so little common good, even working a long hours. Or, worse, we have never been in such an anachronistic time where the knowledge we have acquired does not correspond to what we practice. And, as if all this, by itself, was not enough, we have never been so individualistic. We have never been so anesthetized, each one in his own world, without having a global sense of existence. Inequality, crime, corruption, individuality, competition, hunger, wars, diseases, terrorism and so many other words that we hear every day are not just words. They, unfortunately, represent the decadence of our humanity. They, unfortunately, represent the end of our existence if we do nothing now.

With the eclipse of these fundamental values, one night, nebulous, extended its veil over our culture and our institutions. Without these guiding stars we are now groping in a confused, disoriented, chaotic, desperate world."

Battista Mondin But calm down! this is not a pessimistic text! on the contrary! if you have come this far it is because, like me, you also

believe that we can write a new story. You also fervently believe that we need to restore values such as humility, cooperation and altruism in order to create a new and better world for all, because without them, without these values, we start to involute as a species, we lose our sense of justice, our sense of existence and, above all, we fall into the stupid trap of competing with each other when, in fact, we should focus our efforts on ensuring a place, in the sun, for each of us.

Initial considerations made, before beginning to effectively describe how we can create this new world, I want to quickly make three observations: first, the contents of this manifest are part of a book, which I have been writing, whose main objective is to share solutions to the problems of our planet. Which, of course, includes us! Secondly, I want to say that, even though this is a complex subject, I will try, here, to demonstrate in a relatively simple way, because time is pressing, how we can implement a new logic of social organization capable of creating a new model of a socially just, economically viable world and, at the same time, implement the objectives and goals of sustainable development of the UN. Or vice versa. And three, although I recognize that some actions have already been taken to improve people's lives, what motivated me to write this manifest was, exactly, the daily realization that the vast majority of our society is still in an absolute state of numbness and inaction in relation to our problems.

More than that! What I have noticed, daily, in our society, are people working practically like robots following, strictly, a schedule of waking up (when they sleep), drinking coffee (when they have time), leaving home (already thinking they are late), leaving their children at school (when they have them), going to work (facing miles of traffic), of hardly greeting people (because they no longer know what kindness is), of working endless hours (without liking what they do), of coming home already worried about work (because they only think about it), of facing more traffic (because what was, needs to come back), of picking up their children at school (already setting fire by the nose), of coming home (damn it! I need a vacation), to complain with their partner (if he or she has also arrived), to watch TV (with one eye open and the other closed), to go to bed to sleep (for those who are sleepy) and, finally, to be able to have their moment of peace (in a dream, if possible!), because there are people who don't even dream, dream anymore.

Faced with this absolutely degrading scenario, I begin the detailing of this manifest by bringing a fact. A fact that, whether we like it or not, if we continue to believe in it, we will hardly build a new model of world where everyone can live fairly. I am talking about the story they sold us that we should make such a cake grow, and then distribute it. And so we did! We put our hands in the dough, that cake grew, grew, but guess what: right after the congratulations, they took it away. The cake is gone! it's gone! the cat ate it! in other words, we fell into the sagacious trap of monetarizing our existence by generating something that, in theory, would later be divided by all and, in the end, what we gained was this great sh… of selfish, individualistic, sick society that cares little for the health of our planet and our neighbor. In other words, we have become mere machines at the service of the capital, confining our extraordinary human capacity to think and generate quality of life in the simple process of waking up, working, monetarizing our existence, buying and sleeping.

And before anyone can think that I am exaggerating, it is clear that I recognize that this same model of a monetarized world has also brought us some benefits. But at what cost? at what price to our planet? do we want to continue destroying our home to maintain this model? are we willing to maintain a model where money, and not the human being, is the ultimate goal of our existence? or do we want to create a new model of coexistence where the well-being of all, and of the planet, will be the center of our efforts? to answer these and other questions, which will be throughout this manifest, has become something urgent and determining for our survival.

Following then with the contextualization of our current scenario, I want to present now what, in my vision, brought us to this bankrupt model of the world. And I have no doubts: the main factor of disintegration of our society is closely linked to the way our governments, our organizations and our own society have acted when they superbly chose to transform the human being into a mere means of production and not into an end in itself. Something very similar to what we see in the movie "Matrix", where human beings are used by machines as a mere source of energy.

In our case, for money generation. And, just to have an idea of the distortion we generated when we decided to monetarize our model of existence, amazingly, the difference between the amount of money existing in the world and the amount of goods and services generated (world GDP) was, in 2011, in the region of U$ 90 trillion dollars. That's exactly what you read! according to the International Monetary Fund itself, while the world GDP in 2011 was around $79 trillion, estimates indicate that the amount of money in the world, basically public bonds, private securities, bank deposits and stocks was in the region of 170 trillion dollars. In other words, the money became a product to be produced regardless of whether or not it generates benefits for society. In fact, I go a little further: regardless of generating money for money, which in itself is already an aberration, the very increase in GDP no longer necessarily represents an increase in the quality of human life. This also prompts us to think about the need to find new, more appropriate mechanisms to measure the degree of development of humanity. I will talk about how I imagine our development would be measured a little further on...

Contextualization done, I ask you: why, my dears? why, if money has no will of its own, governments, organizations and society itself have decided to monetarize our existence? whoever guesses! wins a cake! believe me! we have arrived at this situation, surreal, simply as a result of one of the greatest problems we have experienced in recent decades: the lack of leaders. That's right! by the bankruptcy of the preparation process or the emergence of new leaders. For the blackout of leadership that has been installed around the world. For the lack of leaders who are really capable of agglutinating people around a common good. For the absence of leaders who put the human being first, to the detriment of money. For the absence of leaders who have the capacity to propose new, viable models of human existence, catalyzing the different needs of society and addressing them with their specificities. For the lack of leaders who respect human diversity and know how to extract the best from it, believing that knowledge and growth are fruits of constant development of skills and competencies. For the emptiness of leaders who maintain their integrity, maintaining coherent discourse and practice. For the absence of leaders who are able to listen, to be humble, to recognize their own mistakes and correct paths when necessary. For the lack of leaders who act as facilitators, exchanging status for empathy. The complete absence of leaders who understand that their words can cause damage as much as weapons. For the lack of leaders who, every day when they wake up, ask themselves: how can I, today, help to improve people's lives? But, mainly, because of the emptiness of leaders who, in the face of a world as divided as ours today, are able to bring people to the "table" urgently so that we can permanently discuss new paths of existence.

Very well! in the face of everything that has been contextualized so far, the opposite, if we continue with a model of monetarized existence without leaders, if we leave everything as it is, if we let the milk spill for good, we will need an amount of energy thousands and thousands of times more than the effort we need to make, today, to form leaders who will help us to transition the current model of human survival to a model worthy of existence.

Leaders! With them we will create a better world for everyone. Without them I leave here my protest about a fact which occurred in my own country and which clearly exemplifies what the lack of them can cause us. Unfortunately, it was here in Brazil that, due to the lack of honest leaders committed to the people and institutions, the lack of leaders without the slightest compassion, we entered a crisis without precedents, which has already lasted for 6 years, putting several states of the union in a situation of extreme calamity. What for us, a people mostly hard-working and resourceful, has been a real pity. And as little misfortune is nonsense, today we are still, to a great extent, under the "leadership" of self-centered, unprepared people, arrogant who only think about perpetuating themselves in power.

Anyway, the lack of leaders is really a tragedy! but, to balance this suffering a little, I also leave here a message of hope: when our country is flooded with “Chaordic Social Cells” we will stop throwing away our fantastic capacity to adapt, our singular capacity to create solutions and the wonderful natural resources that we have to build, together, the wonderful country that we all deserve.

And now a new question arises? and now my dear ones? how, in the face of such a monetarized world without leaders, can we converge all our efforts for the creation of a better world for all? if we all go to the wild capitalism, goodbye planet Earth. If we all go to a model, extremely egalitarian we will look like penguins piled up in the cold. Fortunately, not only does humanity live by bad news. With the unprecedented dissemination of information, societies have, even if slowly, woken up and realized that this bankrupt model of the world based on waking up, working, monetarizing society, buying and sleeping is agonizing. Fortunately, we have realized that the industrial model of production that has impregnated our souls for hundreds of years and practically transformed us into robots is now with its days numbered.

Assuming then that the formation of leaders is an inseparable condition for creating a better world and that we are not yet fully awake, but neither are we, anymore, completely asleep, I urge everyone, at this moment, to return to the biology classes. I invite you all, at this moment, to remember a subject that not only explains the basis of our existence but will certainly be the basis for a new world model based on “Chaordic Social Cells”: the way our organism works.

Remember the biology classes at school? remember that we learn, in a general way, how our organism works? we breathe oxygen, which reaches our cells through our lungs, which transports it to the tissues of our body, which in turn use it together with other substances to generate energy, until, finally, we use it to keep our organism functioning. And among so many details that occur during this magnificent process, one of them makes all the difference: the functioning of our organism is solidary. Our cells work collaboratively. They know, perfectly, well that if they do not distribute, equally, to the whole organism, the substances it needs, all of it will be harmed.

Blessed logic! as in the normal functioning of our organism, when it receives a threat it, also, in a collaborative way, from the simplest cell to the most complex system, shapes itself to respond to that threat. Simply fascinating! Simply exciting to see how our organism has chosen to work collaboratively to keep us alive. Unfortunately, what is different from this, when our cells do not work in a harmonic way, when our cells randomly invade other tissues, when they multiply in an anomalous way, we call it CANCER.

New questions arise: if we recognize that our own organism's model of functioning is more than efficient in keeping us alive and healthy, then why don't we use that same model to build a new model of a socially just and economically viable world? Why don't we use, as an example, the functioning of our own organism to replicate it for the whole society? let me answer: we will! based on the functioning of our organism, and all the other, non-homogeneous, systems existing on our planet, we will create “Chaordic Social Cells” capable of guaranteeing their own balance and the balance of the whole. And when one or several “Chaordic Social Cells” alter their functioning all the other cells, directly or indirectly, they will also adjust

so that the balance of the whole organism, called society, is preserved. In this new model of coexistence chaos and order, search and fulfillment will be constant elements within a “Chaordic Social Cell”. The chaos represented, for example, by threats, challenges and the search for new knowledge will be the driving force behind the transformation of each cell. The order represented, in a general way, by the action around a greater purpose, by the action around a common good, will be the balance factor of it.

And, taking advantage of the fact that I mentioned the words "chaos" and "order", I present, at this moment, where the concept "Chaordic" came from. It was created, believe me, nothing less, by Visa founder Dee Hock. And it means: "Behavior of any self-governing organism or system that harmoniously combines characteristics of order and chaos; disposed in such a way as not to be dominated by either chaos or order; characteristic of the fundamental organizing principles of evolution and nature".

Lulu Santos and Nelson Motta And based on the concept of "Chaordic", and on the very concept of a human cell, I also take advantage of this moment

to define what a “Chaordic Social Cell” is: "A structural and functional unit present in our society, composed of one or more members, which harmoniously combines chaos and order through the following characteristics: It has a leadership core, absolutely committed to the improvement of human life and not capital; its members act with expanded "mindset" (they believe that solutions are the fruit of effort, persistence and learning); it has a collaborative spirit among its members (they allow everyone to participate in decisions and share knowledge with each other); it interacts in a harmonious way with other cells (sharing knowledge and/or actions); it values human diversity; it values the diverse human intelligences; stimulates the acquisition of new resources and skills of its members through continuous feedback; stimulates the creativity and new ideas of its members; makes feasible the ideas by making them practical actions; acts with detachment from models or purposes that no longer bring benefits to its members and the environment; values the common good; invests in the health and well-being of its members; manages its time in a qualitative way (acts with focus on accomplishing, strictly, what is necessary to ensure the quality of human life and not capital); integrates in a harmonious way with the environment; acts with ethics and honesty; invests in horizontal communication of its members; uses the strong points of its members to accelerate their achievements; eliminates the limiting beliefs that may prevent the realization of the proposed cell; stimulates the experience of the values of each of its members; converges the actions of its members in favor of a common purpose, respecting the characteristics of each one; encourages dreaming; has a purpose of existence clearly based on the objectives and goals of sustainable development of the UN and the universal declaration of human rights; uses the monetary resources, acquired by it, as a means to produce human satisfaction and not capital; strongly experiences its purpose; and, especially, when its pluralism and diversity of knowledge converge for the realization of actions that generate individual and collective benefits".

In short, the objective of a “Chaordic Social Cell” will be to live in harmony with itself, with other cells and with the environment through the generation of goods and/or services that benefit the quality of life of the human being and not the capital, thus ensuring the perpetuation of our existence".

Very well! so far, someone still has doubts that we urgently need to base our existence on a new world model based on “Chaordic Social Cells” and constantly remodeled by chaos and order? for those who still doubt, just observe how our own universe works. Chaos and order have accompanied us since our genesis. Planets have been created, stars have died, our planet has been recreated, sometimes, and so this flow continues until today, even in relation to our own evolution.

Aware of this reality, which is governed by cases and order, I believe the time has come for us to put some order, amidst so much chaos, detailing how we will create “Chaordic Social Cells”, of what they will be composed, how we will define the purpose of each one of them and how we will keep them in a permanent process of self-adjustment so that each one can contribute to the achievement of the 17 objectives and 169 goals of sustainable development of the UN or any other objectives that bring benefits to human beings and to the planet.

And for me, who love cooking, there's no simpler way to describe how we can prepare a “Chaordic Social Cell” than by means of a recipe. Not the one of that cake that disappeared after the congratulations, but one that will certainly lead us to a new socially just and economically viable world. As it says in Nando Reis' song, "of the blind of the castle I say goodbye and I will... ”

Recipe: Creation and maintenance of “Chaordic Social Cells” Purpose: Creation of a world, sustainable, socially just and economically viable Preparation time: depending on the purpose of each cell Yield:

When we finish this recipe we will have the perception that we are, each one of us, part of a great whole where the evolution of one will only make sense if the whole also evolves. There will be an exponential increase in the quality of life of the inhabitants of planet Earth. There will be a gradual increase in the production of goods and/or services whose focus will be the well-being of people and the planet. There will be a broad awareness of the need for dialogue, permanently, so that the cells remain in constant balance. There will be a significant increase in the feeling of indignation about wars or any other human suffering. And last but not least, by the end of the preparation of this delicious recipe, we will have rooted in our own cells the feeling that we need, all together, to fight every day for the construction of a world, sustainable, socially just and economically viable.

Level of difficulty: Nothing we don't have the knowledge and ability to do Ingredients:

1) Want

One or more human beings who want to create a new world model based on “Chaordic Social Cells” whose greater purpose will be the non-linear quality of life of people and no longer the monetarization of our existence. Each participant of a cell needs to "want" to live no longer only in function of his own evolution, but also of the evolution of the other members of his own cell, of other cells and of the planet. The participant of a cell needs, necessarily, to guide his actions by values such as collaboration, respect for others, dialogue, justice, equity, freedom of ideas, altruism, detachment, autonomy and also to believe that the diversity of race, creed or color is a fundamental condition for the development of a more just world for all.

And here I emphasize, WITH ALL LETTERS, the importance of the "collaboration" component within the "want" ingredient. We no longer need to compete with each other to evolve. We no longer run from lions in the jungle. Alias, Darwin himself never said that the fastest or the strongest is the one who survives. He said the most adaptable! behavior that we are definitely not having when we insist on competing, unbridled, without realizing that this way of acting is only, little by little, destroying our home and ourselves.

To adapt, far from competing, is to believe that we, human beings, are generators of reality. That we are even capable of creating the adaptation that many need to live as in the case of people with some disability. I even believe that in a short time these people will be considered even more adaptable than many who do not have any disability. And why do I say that? because by possessing the technology, more and more each day, we will be able to create, practically, everything we need to stay healthy. Even our planet. Challenging a person to leave their own comfort zone is one thing. Using competition to beat each other for money is quite different. Our great challenge from now on, as intelligent beings, is to compete with our own limits. Collaboration and challenge, and no longer competition, will be the new drivers of human development. Either we decide to work collaboratively for good or the competition that has already torn, annihilated, decimated, and strongly eroded our society will only accelerate, even more, our process of extinction. It will only spread, even more, the cancer of selfishness in the organism, already contaminated, called "Earth". As it says in the children's drawing "Super cute", which I watched with my children, "Let's work together...". In short, the competition, in the world of “Chaordic Social Cells”, is deep down with its days numbered.

Following this with the explanation of our first ingredient, besides collaboration, it is also part of the ingredient "wanting" the belief that we, alone, human beings, are responsible for creating a better world for all. That it is only we, human beings, who are responsible for the unavoidable implementation of the 17 objectives and 169 goals of sustainable development of the UN. Or, in other words, that we need to put in our hands the full and unrestricted responsibility for our own evolution. That we must above all act, because without action, without attitude, nothing happens. Without action we will continue to walk, in great strides, towards the destruction of our planet and our own destruction. Already acting, we will keep the cells in a continuous recycling process and in a continuous process of generating well-being for humanity. Instigating! the "want" and the action are for a “Chaordic Social Cell”, as the air is for the plane...

2) Nucleus

The second, more than vital ingredient, which can in no way be lacking in the preparation of a “Chaordic

Social Cell” is the definition of the nucleus. The definition of the leadership that will lead the process of its creation and operation. And before detailing, further on, how we will use this ingredient, I would like to say that it can be rotational and can also be shared with other members of a cell, as long as this procedure does not jeopardize the achievement of its purpose. In other words, we will be able to use this ingredient more than once in the process of creating a cell, as long as it needs several leaders in different functions.

3) Purpose

And speaking of accomplishing the purpose of a cell, let's go to the third ingredient. Define the purpose of it.

And here I'm not talking about the higher, intrinsic, purpose of a cell which is to live in harmony with itself, with other cells and as the environment. I'm talking about what will be accomplished by it and consequently by its participant(s). What is the purpose of its existence? what will it be created for? what exactly will it produce to make the life of its members, other cells and the environment sustainable?

And finally, there's also a component that we'll need to check when we put that ingredient in the recipe: whether the individual purpose of each member is convergent with the purpose defined for the entire cell. When I'm explaining how to prepare a “Chaordic Social Cell”, I'll detail how this check should be done.

4) Qualification of the purpose of the cell by means of the acronym PREMIA-TE

What a different ingredient! An acronym! What's it for? Good question! for a cell to really be able to function

we need to check the quality of its purpose first. Starting with the letter "P", a cell's purpose must be "positive". That is, starting from one of the most accepted definitions of sustainability today, we need to find out if the cell will have a purpose capable of meeting the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability to meet the needs of future generations. It needs to produce results that do not deplete resources for the future. Capisce?

In the sequence, having the cell a "positive" purpose, we need to detail what resources it will need to acquire in order to accomplish it, including specifying those that eventually need to be developed. And then we leave to check if the purpose was written in a specific way. That is, detailed to such an extent that we can know exactly what the cell will accomplish and what results it wishes to obtain. Letter "E" for specific.

Walking a little further, we need to check if the purpose is measurable. If we can measure it over time. And also if the purpose is "Important." For this last item each member needs to explain why he thinks it is relevant what the cell will accomplish and why the purpose of the cell, to which he belongs, is relevant to other cells and to the planet.

By jumping to the letter "A," the purpose must also be achievable. In other words, no crazy goals, like the ones we see today in companies and governments, which largely focus on quantity and not on what really matters to everyone. Starting with the letter "T", the purpose of the cell needs to have definite time. To have beginning, middle and end. Not forgetting that deadlines need to be achievable and focused on the quality of human life and not capital.

And closing with the letter "E," we need to detail what evidence will prove that the purpose of the cell is being achieved. What concrete evidence will be used to measure whether each objective and goal, defined by the cell, is being achieved. And, not least, whether the evidence really proves that the cell is, in fact, transforming the lives of people and the planet for the better.

5) Self-correction

We now come to our last ingredient. A more than crucial ingredient for a cell to function efficiently: self-

correction. Through it the cell must permanently sit its members "at the table" to evaluate the effectiveness of its actions and consequently, when necessary, create new paths and solutions, correcting its focus and actions. In other words, learning, detaching oneself and learning again are ingredients, very important, so that a cell can efficiently accomplish its purpose of existence, even if, to maintain this balance, its members have to organize and disorganize themselves, continuously, experiencing feelings of chaos and order such as doubt, restlessness, tolerance and patience, which, deep down, will make the cell more and more resilient and effective. This is how our universe works. Remember?

Preparation mode. Step 1:

Now yes! now comes the good part: we prepare our recipe. And how happy I am! how hopeful I am just imagining that the more we cook it, the more we will move towards a socially just and economically viable world. So let's move on! Hands in the dough...

I then begin the preparation of this delicious recipe with a phrase from Socrates: "I can't teach anyone anything, I can only make them think". And I reinterpret it by saying: I can only stimulate people to prepare this recipe, but the decision to make it is, exclusively, up to each one. Faced with this provocation, if you have decided to "want", if you have decided to create a “Chaordic Social Cell”, I take this opportunity to reinforce some comments I made earlier regarding the placement of this first ingredient. The decision to "want", the decision to "want" to create a new and fairer world is, and always will be, each of us independent of technology or any other factors. There is nothing, nothing at all, to stop us from starting to create a better world for all that is not our own, simple, "I want" world. However, here, I want to make a parenthesis about technology. Being graduated in IT, I would be committing a great injustice with it, if I did not admit publicly, just as I admitted that the monetarized model of existence has brought us some benefits, that technology has contributed, exponentially, in recent decades, to the improvement of our lives. And, also, I have no doubt that technology will continue to radically change the way we live in the coming years. But, as I say again, technology, like money, has no life of its own. They are inanimate beings, and therefore the decision to use them, or not, to improve people's lives is, and will always remain, an exclusively human prerogative. Technology, like money, in a world based on “Chaordic Social Cells” will always be half and never an end in itself.

And why do I say that? For one simple reason: technological evolution is a constant. It will always be changing. It will always bring us new and new possibilities. Therefore, because it is a constant, technology cannot be our object of action, but what is variable. What in the case of the preparation of this recipe is, precisely, the human decision to "want". Or, making it even clearer, in the case of the use of this ingredient there is no chicken and egg dilemma. The decision to want to change things, to want to create a new socially just and economically viable world will always be ours first and foremost, and that's final.

And for those who still doubt that the first ingredient of any human change is "wanting," I remember that at various times in our history we first decided that we wanted to accomplish something, only then to worry about how we would accomplish it. It was like this when we stupidly decided to go to war in order to develop technologies that could be used in it. It was like this, especially when, in the first place, we decided to go to the moon (because some believed that this was a beautiful way to demonstrate superiority before others), only then to invest what we had, and what we didn't have, to create technologies capable to take us there. It was like this when, recently, we decided, in this pandemic of the new Coronavirus, to first want to build hospitals in a few days.

It is absolutely impressive that we are able to come together, to find solutions when something threatens us. It is also absolutely impressive that we are able to go into a state of inaction when crises pass. We could play around all the time pretending. Pretend that the banks will break if people continue to starve. Pretend that if thousands of children continue to die, their purses will fall. Maybe that way we decide to put money in what really matters...

Và bene! being then our "decision to want" the engine that was, and always will be, of our development, I follow with the use of this first ingredient asking: what sense does it make, in the face of so much violence, wars, intolerance and destruction of our planet to continue betting on the worst? what sense does it make to continue insisting on this inaction, this indifference, when we have all the instruments, our disposition, to improve the lives of millions and millions of people? answer me.

I also answer: we will want to! let's tear out of our hearts this, vile, feeling of indifference and choose to build, together, a better world for all. Let us accept the call that history is making to us at this time and let us write together a better future for all and for future generations. And let's leave, once and for all, the anecdote that my sweet grandmother always told: "Laziness wants to eat? I do. Well, go get the plate. I want no more." That's popular wisdom. I miss you, my grandmother...

No more laziness! no more inaction! there is practically no other technological factor that prevents us from solving our problems. There is, in practice, nothing else but our own "wanting" that prevents us from changing our own reality. On the contrary! we never had, as we have today, so much knowledge in our favor. Think with me: we are not, as many believe, in the age of information, nor in the age of industry 4.0, nor in the age of artificial intelligence or any other technological age. We are, yes, in the age of consciousness! in the age of putting all our knowledge into practice for the benefit of all humanity.

Otherwise, let's go! what good is my refrigerator saying good morning to my television, if we don't use this same technology to improve the quality of life of those who need it most? what ahead do we have technologies to build buildings in a few months, if we don't use those same technologies to build houses for the homeless? let it say everything that is being built, around the world, quickly, due to the pandemic of the new Coronavirus.

Aware then that everything begins with a simple "I want", I conclude the description of this first step, of our recipe, with two new questions: there is still someone there who, despite all the capacity that we possess, does not want to create a better world? there is still someone there who wants to stand by and watch our planet succumb? the decision to "want", to put that first ingredient to change our reality, now, is all ours. Either we decide to "want" to use all our knowledge to produce quality of life for human beings, and for the planet, or we will all die embraced with it?

Step 2:

Let's move on! Let's put another ingredient in the preparation of this stupendous recipe. An ingredient so, so, so special that as we use it, we will certainly boost the creation of new and new cells. In fact, the presence of this ingredient is so, so essential in the preparation of this recipe that, as I said before, it was the lack of it in recent decades that caused us to enter a deep state of numbness and an absolute state of inaction regarding our problems. It was his lack of leaders committed to people's well-being that decimated our perception that we are the part that really matters. It was his lack, of that vital ingredient, that annihilated our hope that we human beings should be the ultimate goal of the actions of governments, organizations and society itself. The lack of leaders has completely lost us the ability to converge different thoughts around a common good and it has also led to wars, kept us in wars, allowed people to die of hunger, children to die in conflicts, people to die in hospital lines and a lot of other bad things that should have been extinct from our planet long ago.

And with that I ask you! can anyone tell me why the leaders were practically extinct from our society? because they became practically a museum piece? and I, in truth, answer you: with the advance of savage capitalism, with the monetization of our existence, with the lack of collective purpose in the world, with our contamination by pride and by our unbridled desire for money we were, little by little, corrupting ourselves and replacing the few existing leaders with totally unprepared chiefs. Or I don't know by what...

Instead of forming leaders, we have gradually placed, within our institutions, and even within our families, petty, authoritarian bosses who only see in people a mere source of energy for capital generation. Literately, due to the absence of true leaders, we surrender our existence to the law of each one for himself and the magnanimous for me. We surrender our existence to the law of when the whip cracks, save whoever can. And, unfortunately, as I also said before, it is still those people, those false leaders totally unprepared, who, for the most part, continue to command our governments and our organizations.

Well, it's no wonder we're experiencing a huge ethical and moral crisis. If people who should set an example, who should serve as inspiration, are acting in a vile, inhumane, arrogant, intolerant and dishonest way, why can't others do the same? and they are doing it. We have completely lost the reference to right and wrong. We start wandering around disoriented, shooting at everything that is side by side, without knowing what to believe and, especially, who to believe. With the almost extinction of the leaders, in our midst, irrefutably, we have created a "chain of good" on the contrary. That is, instead of the positive example spreading, instead of there being people who serve as examples, what we are seeing today is a complete disunity of our society supported by people who are absolutely disinterested in the common good.

And here is the question that does not want to remain silent: now, if we are talking about an ingredient that is practically unavailable today, how can we find it to put it in our recipe? elementary my dear readers! we need, as soon as possible, urgently, tomorrow, now, that second, the day after tomorrow, all the time, to produce that ingredient. We urgently need to train leaders who will help create “Chaordic Social Cells” and also help train other leaders who, in a cascading effect, will participate in the formation of new and new cells, thus generating a virtuous cycle of well-being production that will lead us to a new time of peace and prosperity.

And then, again, the question arises that does not want to shut up: and how will we do that? how will we produce an ingredient so "sick" of elaborating? simple my dear! first, using another ingredient, already famous, that will always be present in our recipes: "wanting". And secondly, by showing companies and governments that without true leaders, within their membranes, we will never create a socially just and economically viable world. By showing companies and governments that without leaders, acting within their walls, we will all walk hand in hand towards extinction. Which, by the way, is right there...

And why am I giving this message, directly, to companies and governments? once again simple: because excluding the institutions that will already start their activities as a “Chaordic Social Cell” (and therefore know the importance of having leaders acting within their membranes), we will still have all the rest of the institutions that, when they decide to function as a “Chaordic Social Cell”, will also need leaders within their structures.

Hmm! and this is where the use of that ingredient complicates. Many, at this moment, must be asking themselves: now, but companies and governments no longer have people acting in leadership functions within their membranes? and I return the question: do they? or, as I commented earlier, we practically decimate the leaders of the institutions when, due to the advance of savage capitalism, the monetarization of our existence, the lack of collective purpose in the world, our contamination by pride and our unbridled desire for money, we decided to exchange them for totally unprepared bosses.

But Henrique, damn it, aren't you doing a huge injustice? not all companies and governments are like that. Excuse my sincerity, my dear readers, I know that in such a big world, exceptions always exist. Surely, at this moment, there is some piece of ocean that is not contaminated by plastic. But the truth, true, that I have found throughout my 30-year career are institutions flooded with unprepared bosses to deal with human beings, thus generating a sea of stressed, sick people who go to work simply to receive something called money at the end of the month. Those beautiful phrases that we are a team, that people matter, are nothing more than decorations hanging from the walls. The wall, really, takes everything...

Forgive me again for my sincerity, but what I have seen for 30 years within the institutions are decision makers reducing departments designed to take care of people to mere bureaucratic executors. Or, at most, to departments that get authorization to take people to hug trees on the weekend and on Monday, guess what, all the same. No feeling of belonging, converging the purpose of people with that of the institution. No realizing that people have different characteristics and therefore need to be looked at individually. Finally, nothing, nothing at all, with nothing. What we have today inside most organizations is a huge mess. A gigantic mass of stressed people acting, totally, in disagreement with what they want for their lives, acting absolutely dissatisfied with what they do, without having a voice and much less power of decision about the destinies they are inserted from. Let the countless application drivers who confess to me, almost daily, that they don't want to go back to working in companies in any way, much less with the bosses they had, even to earn more...

As someone who sees in institutions the link, the organ, fundamental, elementary, for the creation of a better world, I feel really sad when I hear this kind of statement. That is, once again we give up our intelligence, our capacity to generate new realities, when, even though we are aware that we must allow everyone to have a voice, we insist, persist and do not give up on keeping people working on the model of the industrial revolution. Am I lying? feel free to give your opinion to those who disagree...

And before someone from HR, specifically, differs from what I wrote (which is absolutely salutary), I want to make it clear that this distortion, this lack of investment in the marriage of the purpose of companies and people, is something caused, not necessarily, by people who work in the area. I'm talking about decisions made, most of the time, at top management levels in the sense that companies focus only on financial results and not on people. Why focus on people? why invest money in human development? people will want to question, they will want to participate in decisions, they will want autonomy, they will want that. Look! better not mess with it...

But come on! The point of this manifest is not to put a guilty stamp on anyone's forehead. Far from it! because, in my view, our society is sick as a whole. Our society as a whole is devoid of a human eye for the human being. The point I want to make, whether in the case of HR departments, or in the case of other professions, such as the medical profession, is the fact that there is, in large part, a huge distortion between what is at the core of these entities' activities and what they actually do.

I know, I said I wasn't going to put a stamp on anyone's forehead, but what I'm going to write next is not a stamp, it's a fact. How can I not be indignant when I see doctors, someone who graduated from one of the most beautiful professions in the world, who has at the heart of his duties the improvement of people's quality of life, making appointments in a few minutes without the slightest concern to listen to the patient. Is it to turn patient? Is it to spin money? what is it for? good! whatever the reason, for me, nothing justifies this kind of behavior. If someone has lost their life purpose, in whatever profession, then do something else in life. Create a new cell to contribute otherwise to the betterment of the world.

So let's look to the future! HR, we're together. I'm sure you'll be a great agent of transformation within the institutions. And doctors, how exciting it is to see what you're doing at this point in our history. That's exactly what I'm talking about: about everyone, which includes me, finding a greater meaning to what we do again. We do not need, from the heart, that so many people die to return to being what we need to be: humans...

Okay Henrique! Let's just say it's true what you're talking about. Let's say we've lost our sense of existence and organizations have actually, practically, decimated their leaders. But what if they don't want to change? what if, even in the face of this whole chaotic scenario we are living in, institutions don't want to have real leaders within their membranes? after all, there is the old money issue involved. You know how it is, right? moved the pocket, goodbye investment in people, goodbye leaders...

Well my dear, remember Socrates' phrase? "I can't teach anyone anything, I can only make them think." And remember that I reinterpreted it? I can only stimulate people to prepare this recipe, but the decision to elaborate it is, exclusively, of each one. Well, in view of all that has been said, in this step, about the importance of training and having true leaders within organizations, they have only two choices: continue to use their precious money to keep people as a disposable product, as a mere means of production, continue to monetarize our society or experience an indescribable sense of satisfaction in living, together with their leaders and employees, a greater purpose of creating a better world for all.

first, this text ends here. For those who have opted for the second, I can only say that I am still willing to contribute my knowledge to the formation of leaders, even if, on several occasions, I have heard a sound not even when I offered my services for free. HR's, I suffer like you. It is not easy to convince people that people matter. But let's go ahead! I'm Brazilian and I never give up. No judgments! aware, more than ever, that we are going through a moment of social, and planetary upheaval, I am sure that the institutions will become aware and from now on, they will say: "yes, we want to form leaders". "Yes, we want leaders within our membranes who, indelibly, have the following characteristics... ”

They believe that the human being, and not money, is the main objective of our existence;

They recognize that their main mission is to serve; and in recognizing their mission, they also recognize that they live to support others in finding solutions to their problems;

They act as facilitators, joining points, practicing detachment, often acting discreetly without being recognized; They act as the Batman, working in the shadows at the service of light...

They desire for the other what they desire, good for themselves; putting themselves in the other's place;

They are capable of agglutinating people around the common good. Of a higher purpose. They are even responsible for constantly taking the purpose to the members of a cell so that it is clear why people are doing what they are doing;

They act with expanded mindset, believing that results come from the effort, persistence and continuous development of people's skills and knowledge. And, for that, it is necessary to create a healthy, challenging environment and also use feedback, permanently, as an instrument to generate learning and results;

They are able to practice active listening (ability to listen, suspend judgment and understand what the other has to say), thus catalyzing the different needs of society and addressing them with their specificities;

They live for a purpose, together with the participants of the cell, being able to unite the purpose, the values, the need for recognition and fair remuneration of each individual, with the needs for knowledge and capacity to act expected by each cell. Intrinsically motivating people;

They are capable of nourishing hope today, creating ways, together with the participants of the cell, to achieve its purpose, but at the same time looking to the future in the search for innovations that can also contribute to the development of all;

They are able, during the walk of a cell, to generate challenges, interest and pleasure in its members. Motivating them intrinsically;

They are transparent, taking responsibility for their actions, their mistakes, correcting paths when necessary, while maintaining integrity between speech and practice;

They do not seek guilt, they separate people from problems, they calm the spirits, they focus on the future to, together with others, find the root cause of the problems, avoiding wasting energy.

Together with the cell's participants, they find solutions to the cell's problems, clearly establishing priorities, deadlines and those responsible for each activity. They also communicate permanently to everyone what has been done, what needs to be done and the action plan to carry out what has been left over through meetings to follow up on the cell's activities.

They have influence instead of status. Acting with a focus on empathy;

They involve people by creating a sense of belonging and community (dividing paths, solutions, stimulating freedom of ideas, dividing planning, cultivating equity, justice and generating autonomy) so that everyone has opportunities for growth, regardless of their characteristics;

They are together with the participants of the cell, in difficult moments, creating relationships based on mutual trust and support;

They suspend judgment based on facts and data, not on stories, thus avoiding the waste of energy;

They live the 4 Toltec commitments: they take nothing personally; they have mastery with the word (spoken and written); they do not draw hasty conclusions (they do not judge); and they give the best of themselves;

They understand that your words can cause as much damage as weapons.

In the face of such a divided world, they are able to urgently bring people to the "table" in order to permanently discuss new paths of human existence;

They encourage cell members to lead healthy lives by balancing personal and professional life.

And finally, they have as their life motto the following sentence from Dee Hock, the founder of Visa: "You can't measure give and take. A gift with expectations is not a gift. It's bargaining..."

That's a really sick ingredient to mix! Looks like Pinot Noir grape! But no giving up! Now that the institutions

have chosen to "want" leaders within their membranes, I take this opportunity to invite the other experts in the formation of leaders to, together, provide the necessary knowledge to make this valuable ingredient. And when we produce it, when we have it in abundance, we will prepare more and more of this recipe, thus creating a new virtuous cycle of human action whose focus will be the resolution of our problems and the creation of quality of life for all. And so be it....

Step 3: We're past the halfway mark of our recipe. We have already united people who want to create a better world,

we have already added the leaders who will guide this magnificent journey of creating a socially just and economically viable world, and now, in this step of our recipe, we need to define the purpose of each cell. We will need to bring leaders and members together to define what it will accomplish. What will be the sublime purpose of its existence. That is, goodbye stamp scouts acting around...

"When a robot stops working, it loses its purpose.

And we, human beings, when we lose our purpose, we stop working". (I apologize for not pointing out the source of that sentence)

Here it is, in fact, to take paper and pen and write down what the cell will accomplish, detailing the purpose

in objectives and goals, exactly as it was done in the definition of the 17 objectives and 169 goals of sustainable development of the UN. Example: UN goal 1 of sustainable development; "Ending poverty in all its forms, everywhere". And the goal: "By 2030, eradicate extreme poverty for all people everywhere, currently measured as people living on less than $1.90 a day". Easy, right? just remembering that, behind the specific purpose, we will always have a bigger, intrinsic purpose of a cell that is to live in harmony with itself, with other cells and as the environment. Nor can we forget, in no way, when defining the purpose of a cell, that we need to check if the life purpose of each member converges with its purpose. The purpose of each member being defined, in the same way, as we specify the purpose of the cell. It is enough for each member to write down what they want for their life, establishing dreams, objectives and goals in as much detail as possible. And why is this check so important? why do we need so much attention in this point of our recipe? read very carefully what I'm going to tell you now: this check is absolutely necessary because, currently, the biggest factor of disharmony, degradation and imbalance of our society, besides an astonishing waste of energy at work, is basically based on the imbalance, the lack of convergence, between the purposes of people, companies and governments. In other words, making us walk together towards a greater goal is one of the greatest challenges of a world formed by “Chaordic Social Cells”.

And here, I use again as a reference the functioning of our own body. If our organism works by converging each of its parts for the good functioning of the whole, why don't the integral parts of our society do the same? governments and companies don't exist, or should exist, to meet the desires of our society? I, at least, have no doubt that they do. So, my dear ones, if we don't give this league, if we don't converge the interests of the parties around common goals, if we leave the purposes hanging on the walls, handing over the moths, as most companies do, we will continue incurring in the same unequal model that we have today, where each one pulls to his own side and where most people do what they do without knowing why they do it. Which is a real insanity…

I also take the opportunity to touch on a very serious issue that has been devastating our society and that has a lot to do with the lack of a greater purpose for us to live together: I am talking about the polarization, extreme, of people's thoughts, objectives and actions. This is a subject that certainly involves many causes, but I will try (as I have tried in other subjects) to approach it from a simplified but no less relevant point of view.

There is nothing wrong with every individual having their own life purpose and their own opinions. On the contrary! it will be from this diversity of thoughts that the cells will feed to achieve their objectives. The issue, my dear ones, the problem, is our inability to unite the goals of each individual around something greater. Around something that makes people recognize themselves, again, as a species. That is, until we unite society around purposes that bring improvement in life for all, as in the case of the UN's sustainable development goals and objectives, these polarizations will not regress. On the contrary! they will find shelter, as has already been happening, in people, in "false leaders", unscrupulous, who have taken advantage of this moment of fragmentation of our society to present their particular vision of the world. To present solutions to our problems based on their own beliefs. Which certainly excludes those who think differently. Stay alert! We have seen in the past, especially in World War II, what happened when that kind of process happened.

Let us therefore invest urgently in the formation of leaders. Let us unite people around common goals as soon as possible. For purposes that aim to improve the lives of all, for only then will each stop pulling to his own side. Only in this way will we follow, together, towards a better world. And when this happens, it will not matter if there is left, right, center or whatever the hell the political division is. When we unite people around the construction of a better world, all these separations will be just imaginary lines. The purpose of people will no longer be dissociated from the purposes of business and government, and this will exponentially boost our achievements.

Following then with the explanation of how we should use this ingredient, as in the film "Tomorrowland - A Place Where Nothing Is Impossible", the “Chaordic Social Cells” must have purposes that represent the union of all human knowledge. They must have purposes that are capable of achieving the 17 objectives and 169 goals of sustainable development of the UN, of achieving the items contained in the universal declaration of human rights or any other objectives and goals that bring benefits to humanity.

And look how interesting! When we focus our existence on the creation of cells whose main objective is human welfare, and not capital, believe me, we will also solve the problem of unemployment. What do you mean? Calm down, my friends! Of course this won't happen overnight, but that's exactly what you read. Think with me: today there is no lack of work, there is no job. And this is basically because, nowadays, jobs are destined for activities that are not always necessarily correlated to what we need to produce in order to live in a dignified way. Imagine, for example, if we use our intelligence and our workforce to clean up rivers and oceans, to reforest devastated places, to build decent housing for all, to create basic sanitation for all, to produce food that meets world demand, to reduce food loss, to create clean energy sources, to create recycling industries, to create new models of mobility, or to implement any other solution that aims at the welfare of people and the planet. Can you imagine? look at how many qualifications we will need to have and train to build a new, better, sustainable world. Will there be a shortage of work? You answer me...

And for this logic to materialize, new questions will be crucial. Questions that we should have been using for a long time, but that we still continue to ask them wrongly for those looking for a job opportunity. The questions, "where did you work?", "what did you do?", need to be urgently replaced, in a world governed by “Chaordic Social Cells”, by: "what do you want to do?", "how do you want to contribute to the creation of a better world?", "how can we help you acquire new knowledge, so that you can contribute where the world currently needs you?". Basically, I am talking about using something very recent defended by Plato and Socrates, respectively, when they said that "Justice is more than equanimity. Justice is to guarantee the right place, for each one, according to their merits and natural inclinations, perfected by education" and that "Where the needs of the world and their talents cross, there is their vocation".

Of course! obviously some people may decide that they want to continue contributing to the improvement of the world using their current knowledge. Which will be absolutely genuine. But by allowing human beings the option to set new purposes for their lives, we will be closer and closer to adjusting this great mess of people out of places that the job market has gotten itself into. Believe me, dear readers, with this simple change of approach, the mess that the labour market has become will slowly begin to undo its knot. And not only that: we will also give opportunities to people like homeless people, to those who have been out of the job market for some time, to those who want to change their job profile and we will also permanently practice an important component present in the definition of a “Chaordic Social Cell”: detachment.

For example, today, companies such as the automobile and plastics industries need to ask themselves whether they need to gradually change their production matrix and adapt it to the world's needs. And if they understand that they do, they should simply use detachment and start working to make that change happen. How? by reformulating its purpose, of its members and moving forward. It's that simple! Well, how many times has the humanity changed its way of working, and its production lines, in order to adapt to the capital? why then, we can't do the same now to benefit the human being and the planet? we can and will...

And the money for that? Well, we'll talk about that in the final considerations of that manifest. For now the most important thing is to understand that detachment, the change of "mindset", will be a fundamental element, within a cell, to change its purpose whenever necessary. When we enter this new logic of defining and redefining the purpose of a cell, focusing on what the planet needs to keep in balance, goodbye lack of work, welcome the union of all for the common good.

And speaking of detachment, I want to come back to a subject that is closely linked to the importance of living for purposes that bring benefits to all and to the planet: the question of the enormous gulf between what we produce and the current amount of "money" that exists in the world. About the enormous amount of "oxen" and "cows" that are flying around.

That's right! When we gradually stopped using money as a way to make our commercial relations more flexible and started to generate money for money, I came to the conclusion that we also gradually created a countless amount of "oxen", "cows", "cars" and a bunch of other things floating in the clouds. Or rather, not in the clouds: kept somewhere, very safe, by a few, without these "things", absolutely, contributing to the improvement of people's lives. What I, in particular, consider a real aberration! a true attestation of human stupidity to have "material things" kept, at seven keys, instead of, for example, using them to kill the hunger of millions who at that moment suffer for lack of food. As Dee Hock says, in the book "Birth of the Chaordic Age", "money is like manure: it only serves if it is well spread". By the way, just corroborating with the idea that money in the clouds is useless, you know what it means when we hear that a company has lost 69 billion, in one day, in the stock market? nothing! a company losing 69 billion in market value, in one day, just means that a handful of "cows" have disappeared from the atmosphere.

Soon, the financial operators, who know very well the logic of generating money for money, know that they come back. And where do I want to get to with this argument? simple: that if we want to live for a greater purpose whose focus is the human being, if we want to create a sustainable world based on “Chaordic Social Cells” and also implement the objectives and goals of sustainable development of the UN, we will need to gradually replace the measurement of our development, today, made by the "GDP", and the "cows" that are in the clouds, by the "ISH" (human satisfaction index).

Otherwise, let's see: apart from the aberration of producing money for money, I know that producing goods and services is something important for improving people's quality of life. But think to me: to believe in this fallacy that this production, that the "GDP" needs to grow indefinitely, month by month, year by year, is to believe that we have at the other end an inexhaustible source of natural resources. That is absolutely not true. Which, absolutely, is another attestation to human stupidity.

Let's see: I don't know if everyone knows, but Brazil's GDP in the first quarter of 2012 reached the incredible 0.1% expansion mark compared to the last quarter of 2011. Well, now take a look at yourselves. Do you really believe that you worked in the first quarter of 2012 0.1% more than the last quarter of 2011? answer me: do you honestly believe that your efforts at work reflect this fabulous growth of 0.1% of GDP?

Add to this the fact that if we sell millions of vehicles, in one year, the GDP increases, but traffic and air have become a pandemonium; if we cut down the whole of the Amazon to sell wood, the GDP grows, but we die shortly afterwards; if we consume, madly, the GDP increases, but we bury ourselves along with the garbage; I easily come to the conclusion that only those who reason in a single dimension, the financial one, can continue to believe that the infinite growth of the GDP is the best mirror to reflect our development. Only those who believe that money is the center of the universe can continue to believe that balancing human existential dynamics is a purely arithmetic issue. Which I absolutely do not believe. And it won't be...

When we begin to multiply the model of human existence towards a sustainable model, based on “Chaordic Social Cells”, not only "GDP", but the production of money for money, will no longer be a priority. The "ISH" will be the index responsible for measuring the non-homogeneous realization of society using as a parameter whether or not the results produced by the cells are bringing satisfaction to their members and to the planet. When human satisfaction is being measured by the "ISH", the "GDP" may oscillate up or down as a result of the constant reorganization of cells, and even then, this will not mean that we are not evolving towards a better world.

And why is that? because different from our current model of society where the purpose of people is massified by the idea that we all need to consume in order to be happy, in a world of “Chaordic Social Cells”, everything will depend on what is being produced by the cell, regardless of whether or not this production is something measurable by the "GDP". Since people's purpose is not homogeneous, it will be enough for them to feel happy inside their cells to consider whether the world is becoming a better place or not.

A beautiful example of what I am telling you is the people who live in a "simple" way, often within countries, and yet feel happy to live according to their purpose and values. This only reinforces the most current concept of happiness, which is to check whether a person is satisfied with their own life. If they are living according to what they believe, then, if this is happening the false idea that the "GDP" should grow, indefinitely, falls totally to the ground. If, for example, possible cells decide that their purpose is to live on a small property generating their own sustenance, which eventually may not be measured by the "GDP", this will in no way mean a setback in our development. Quite the contrary! Respecting the decision of each person to live in the way he or she believes in, which makes him or her happy, will undo the enormous mistake of having decided, all of us, to become equal.

I, as a northeasterner, believe at heart that many countrymen would like to leave the big cities to return to live simply in their homeland. This may eventually make the "GDP" decrease, but it will certainly make the "ISH" rise. I have even now remembered an experience, which I have lived, which broadly corroborates the concept that our happiness is intrinsically linked to feeling happy, with the life we lead, and not with the idea that we need to accumulate goods and money. Once I was on a farm with a friend and walking through it we visited the house of a worker, in the middle of the bush, who kindly offered us what he was cooking. And what a surprise beauty! it did not take long and there we were eating a simple dish of beans, absolutely divine, cooked on wood. I'll never forget the expression of happiness on the resident's face when we praised the food he had prepared. Thank you countryman! The pleasure was all mine.

Do you want more beans? you are still not convinced that our happiness is related to living according to our values? well, another great example is in the documentary "Happy". The documentary shows how an Indian, who lives in precarious conditions, can have the same level of happiness as an American, of middle class, simply because he relates his happiness to the valorization of his family to the detriment of material goods.

Look people, if I did not have my soul, and in my heart, the certainty that my purpose in this world is to be a facilitator of human development, thus contributing to the creation of a better world, I would not mind at all living like the worker who offered me that 5 star bean in the Michelin guide.

Okay, beans aside, we also can't be naive and believe that we will all ride catamarans so as not to pollute the planet. As long as it is focused on human satisfaction, and the planet, it will also be perfectly acceptable that certain cells have as their purpose the development of goods and/or services that increase the "GDP". As, for example, when countless cells come together to act in research and create means of transportation that pollute less the environment. Starting with the planes that I love and cannot imagine a world without them. Wow! just thinking about riding the Catamaran has made me sick. Dear Greta, don't be upset, we're together! We were even born on the same day and month. I'm just a little older...

Well! if a world formed by “Chaordic Social Cells” is a pure and naive world? not my dear! far from it! It's just a viable world. We simply will no longer measure our evolution by the increase or decreasing of "GDP". We will simply analyze our evolution by the existential balance between the human being and the planet. What is absolutely possible...

I'm back from the rambling! good to travel, right? It's traveling that we can get out of the established standards. It's by traveling that we stop to elaborate other worldviews. That's how philosophers, and the general public, used to do when they went to Parisian cafés. They simply stopped to think. And that's how we need to do today to find new forms of social organization. Stop to think! In a society that is increasingly sick, accelerated and committed only to producing, indiscriminately, stopping to reflect is something absolutely indispensable for us to use our magnificent critical sense again to analyze what needs to be changed and take action.

By the way, explaining our evolution in a simple way, I can say that it was what I call "critical observation" (ability to observe, elaborate what was observed and transmit to others what was learned) that allowed us to reach our current stage of evolution. And, certainly, it is this same capacity of observing, elaborating and transmitting our accumulated knowledge, to the others, that distinguishes us from all other species. Even if we increasingly have technologies capable of deciding for us, it will always be up to the human species to use “critical observation” to have the last word. In short, the process of "critical observation" is what makes us human, while the lack of it is what makes us sign our death certificate.

I conclude this step of our recipe by saying that to define the purpose of a cell, in addition to the need to unite leaders and members, we can use the 17 objectives and 169 goals of sustainable development of the UN, the universal declaration of human rights, "critical observation" or any other objective that brings benefits to humanity as a basis. In the case of "critical observation", we can use it to analyze a particular community, elaborate what has been observed, share solutions (respecting local culture) and, for example, conclude that its purpose is to be self-sufficient in food and energy production.

What a cool! leaders and residents deciding together, with the support of critical observation, the purpose of a particular community. How nice! people deciding, together, from the objectives and goals of the UN, purposes for which it is worth living. How exciting! from the universal declaration of human rights, or any other objectives that improve people's lives, cells being created with the greater mission of making the Earth a better place to live. And if anyone is still in doubt as to what purpose to choose for their cell, even if they have all the aforementioned references, you can ask the Harry Potter movie selector hat for help…

That said, for those of you who feel a pinch in your heart at the end of Sunday, I tell you the truth: most likely you need to review your life purpose. And although I know that it is not easy to reinvent ourselves, because I myself have been doing a process of transition on purpose for several years now, I reiterate: it is all a matter of first "wanting" and then believing that it is worth the effort to wake up on Monday, radiant, to accomplish something that fills us with satisfaction. Believe me! the pain of change is much more pleasurable than the pain of listening to the music of the end of the “Fantastic program”…

Step 4:

I start the fourth step of our instigating recipe by asking a simple question: why is it so important to qualify the purpose of a “Chaordic Social Cell”? again simple! because as for any recipe, for any project, especially for the purpose of a “Chaordic Social Cell” it is essential that we check if it is being elaborated in a correct, assertive and productive way. The purpose of a cell is such an important ingredient that if we do not qualify it, if we leave it only on the walls, as most institutions do, a “Chaordic Social Cell” will never work properly. Without giving it a practical sense, we will continue to waste stratospheric amounts of energy without producing practically anything of quality of life for people.

That said, the way we use this ingredient in the preparation of our recipe is quite simple. Nothing very different from what we've already covered in the description of the ingredient itself. From the acronym "PREMIA-TE", we need to qualify if the purpose of the cell is "positive". That is, if it is able to meet the needs of the current generation without compromising the ability to meet the needs of future generations. Remembering that we can also use the very characteristics that define what is a “Chaordic Social Cell” as a reference for checking this point.

Two, we need to define the goods, products, services, time, training or any other resources needed to achieve the cell's purpose. Or, in other words, we need to define all the resources that will make it possible for the cell to function. Even those that will require development time.

Three, we need to check if the purpose of the cell is specific. That is, detailed to such an extent that we know exactly what the cell will do and what results it needs to obtain. To this point, remember that we can use as a reference the 17 objectives and 169 goals of sustainable development of the UN, the universal declaration of human rights, the "critical observation" or any other objectives that will contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of humanity and the planet.

Four, we need to check if the purpose is measurable. If there is a way to measure the results produced by the cell and if everyone is aware that it will be necessary to follow the evolution of each one of them.

Five, we need to check the importance, the relevance, the purpose for the members of the cell. Remember? if we don't identify with what we do, or accomplish, we become mere stamp scouts. And here is certainly one of the main checks to be made, because, as I have already warned, and I continue to warn, I have no doubts: the main reason for the disintegration of our society, and an enormous waste of energy, without us producing results that effectively improve the quality of life of people and the planet is basically associated with the disarray between the purpose of people, companies and governments. That is, either we guarantee that the members of a cell are in agreement with what it is accomplishing or we will hardly tidy up this great mess that has turned the job market.

Six, no less important is to check if the purpose of the cell is achievable. And seven, how much time we need to achieve it. The reason I have put these two checks together here in sequence is because, in fact, I want to make a big statement: what is happening, within our institutions, in terms of planning and executing projects is a real testament to the insanity of the human species. A real mass slaughter of human beings. I know what I am talking about! With the look of those who want to build a better world, and with the experience of those who live every day inside institutions, what I have seen, permanently, inside them is something, absolutely, scary: institutions wanting to carry out hundreds of projects, in one year, without observing minimum planning criteria and focus on what will really bring benefits to the whole organization; bosses without the least capacity to deal with people, without the least capacity to negotiate, pushing down the gills of employees and suppliers, any crazy change that occurs in relation to deadlines for starting and delivering projects; and a lot of other insanities that are based only on an inertia of doing things in the steamroller style. And if we ask the people themselves why they are doing what they are doing, they cannot even explain themselves...

In fact, what I have seen, inside the institutions, are people getting sick, for lack of concern about them, while the concern about the health of money only increases. What I have seen, inside the institutions, are people doing things, without knowing why they are doing it, simply because some boss decided it had to be that way. And woe to anyone who disagrees, because, besides everything, people still have to put up with everything quietly, quietly and thinking that everything is normal. Which is just the way it should be. Anyway, what is happening, nowadays, inside the organizations is a real aberration, a real collective madness. My exaggeration? welfare data show that behavioral disorders are already the third cause of absence from work due to illness in Brazil and the second in the world according to the World Health Organization. (source of economic value).

absolutely necessary? they understood that we can no longer allow people to keep getting sick, within organizations, for lack of proper planning of projects or other activities? that we need to check if the "time" and "achievable" elements are in accordance with the Pareto principle. That is, that we are focusing on the 20% of projects that will positively influence all areas of the organization and not the other way around: on the 80% that will drive everyone crazy and that are almost always defined each one looking at their own navel. Focus! that is the word for a world ruled by “Chaordic Social Cells”. Or does anyone disagree that doing only those projects that will really positively influence all areas of the organization, the people and the planet is much better than "accomplishing" hundreds just for English to see? Right my Queen?

And finally, now that we have checked if a cell's purpose is healthy, what resources it needs, if it has been detailed in objectives and goals, if it is measurable, if it is important to the cell members, to other cells and to the planet, if it is achievable and if it doesn't drive everyone crazy, it remains for us to define the evidence that will prove if it is being accomplished. Preferably a list that proves if the purpose is, in practice, bringing quality of life to people and to the planet. Great! Another cool ingredient in our recipe! qualify the purpose of a cell. With it the days of planning and bosses, "crazy" are numbered...

Step 5:

Yes! We have reached the last step of our recipe. We have already decided that we want to create a new and better world for everyone, we have already used leaders to conduct this process (and trained them when necessary), we have already defined the purpose of the cell, we have already checked if the purpose is not just a wall ornament and now we will talk about the need for cells to remain in continuous recycling process.

And why this ingredient cannot be missing in our recipe either? simple! because in a fluid world like ours today, keeping a cell in the process of recycling, of learning, is something that determines that it stays alive and active. And how do we do that? how do we keep a cell in a constant process of path correction and in a permanent state of action? simple too! constantly understanding, via feedback, what each member of a cell expects for himself (analysis of the values, purpose and expectations of action of each member), crossing this understanding with the current purpose of the cell (what it expects in terms of action and knowledge of its members) and also understanding, specifically, if the cell's performance is in accordance with its purpose. This process of continuous adjustment of a cell through the acquisition of new knowledge and correction of paths, which I call "Chaordic self-correction". This being said, if a cell eventually decides to completely change its purpose, it will have to check with its members whether they also wish to live this new purpose. And, if the members understand that they want to adapt to the new functioning of the cell, they can do so by practicing detachment and acquiring/practicing new knowledge and skills. And if they do not want to, they can be transferred to other cells that have a more adequate purpose, to what each one wants, or even create a new cell.

But Henrique, what do you mean? how are we going to transfer one or all the members of a cell to other cells? what a fascinating thing technology is! as long as we don't become slaves to it, when well used, it can bring us unimaginable benefits. Let's answer: joining efforts between people and technology to cross, permanently, the needs of people with those of cells. We already know that, as far as people are concerned, we have enough to want! I can assure you that, as far as technology is concerned, it is nothing that we do not have, in abundance, in terms of knowledge and resources. My last years of professional performance have been dedicated to implement strategic information crossings, in Business Intelligence tools, with characteristics very similar to what I am proposing. And they will be the BI tools that, in a relatively simple way, will help us create a gigantic data matrix where we will cross the purpose of each person x the characteristics of each one of them x the experiences of each individual x the expectations of performance of each person x the purpose of each cell x the desired characteristics in each cell x the desired abilities in each cell x the desired experiences in each cell and so on.

And when we identify, with the BI tools, that a person wishes to act in a role other than his or her current one, the target cell itself may be responsible for forming its new member with the new knowledge he or she needs. And also, with the BI tools, we will create numerous research repositories where we will have the most varied data about the projects that each cell has executed, is executing or will execute, thus making them a giant mirror of our society. What a spectacular thing! with these crossings, we will, little by little, adjust the fantastic puzzle of the needs of the world x the needs of people that currently is absolutely fragmented. Travel? travel is necessary...

And before I close this last step of our recipe, I take advantage of the fact that I'm talking about BI tools to digress again. This time, about one of the subjects that fascinates humanity the most: the possibility of predicting the future. That's right! and if I say that predicting the future is just a matter of how much information we can capture, from our universe, cross it and create possible scenarios. Complicated? and if I say that in part we already do that. The weather forecast is a great example of what I'm talking about. We've captured, through sensors and satellites, a lot of information from our planet, and in possession of that information, we predict how the weather will behave up ahead. Another good example of future forecasting is when the "Waze" application constantly captures information from other users and, in real time, predicts the best way to go and the time we will arrive. Isn't that predicting the future? too crazy! the future is something that will be increasingly in our hands...

And that's when some skeptics ask: and why sometimes these predictions fail? simple my dear! because the amount of information captured by the systems, currently, is still not enough to make a 100% accurate forecast. And in a way, although possible, the forecast of the future will always have a margin of error. There may always be some factor that we still do not know and that may influence the occurrence of an event. On the other hand, the more we advance with the idea, presented in the movie "Tomorrowland - A Place Where Nothing Is Impossible", of creating a brain that groups almost infinite variables of our planet, we will be more and more assertive in predicting the future. In short, the more we flood our planet with sensors, of all sizes, supported by nanotechnology, capable of measuring from the balance of a leaf, anywhere in the world, to the movement of the planets, we will be able to create increasingly accurate images of the future. The future, just like the constant adjustment of cells, is simply the result of a huge "Matrix".

What happiness! What joy! What a pleasure! We have reached the end of our recipe preparation. However, before I begin my final considerations, I want to leave a tip of pot, spectacular, which can, and much, help a cell to develop its projects and consequently realize its purpose of existence. And why did I care about indicating a tool that helps a cell to accomplish its projects and purpose? simple! remember? because accomplishing the projects and purpose of a cell, efficiently, is the basis for us to obtain the results expected by each cell contributing, in this way, for the whole body to stay healthy. Therefore, I will hit this key as many times as necessary: one of the biggest factors that prevents us from generating efficient results that improve everyone's life and one of the biggest sources of energy loss at work lies in poorly lived purposes and poorly developed projects. The first, in most organizations, only hangs on the walls, while the second, nowadays, at least in Brazil, for lack of an adequate model for its realization, only generates a lot of wear and tear, a lot of burning of resources, madness of people and few practical results. In short, it is no good organizing a new society based on “Chaordic Social Cells” if we do not manage to make them work properly by means of well-performed projects that generate satisfactory results for the cell itself, for the other cells and for the planet. Projects, by the way, are the essence of life. You have already realized how everything in our life is a project? from our conception, through the experience of our daily life, to the execution of enormous achievements, everything is a project that has beginning, middle and end.

That said, you know what my suggestion of a pot is for a cell to live out its purpose in a fervent way and carry out its projects efficiently? someone there said "TurboFryer" from Philips Walita? not my dear, unfortunately, the pot I'm talking about can't be easily bought over the internet. It needs to be assembled, every day, by the members of a cell. The pot I am going to suggest was produced based on SAP's "ASAP" methodology, global market leader in collaborative and multi-company business solutions. And why was it based on the "ASAP" methodology to the detriment of so many other, more modern, pans on the market today? simple! because with it, with the "ASAP" methodology, I have already participated in large and relevant projects with absolute success. And because with it, we can also carry out medium and small projects or even fast deliveries, with quality and relevance, provided that the following principles of handling are observed:

Carry out the planning of the projects that will be carried out in a given period, based on the Pareto principle: achieve the 20% that have the greatest possible impact on the organization and not the other way around. Or, in other words, which projects should we focus on so that they improve, as a whole, the dynamics of the organization, the lives of the cell participants and the balance of the planet. At this point, it is necessary that we already define the macro scope of each project and establish an expectation of effort (deadline, different

resources, people involved and costs in general). In general, we should build, at this stage, a wish list of projects with a general idea of scope and effort. Stage performed by the managers of each cell area + technology team + infrastructure team. This step can, and should, be strongly supported by a concept that we call the project office. The project office is an area that, in general, acts in the definition and prioritization of projects, maintaining an integrated view of the institution's strategic plan. During this process, the project office must involve the areas that will participate in them, thus ensuring that the areas, along with their managers, are convergent with the planning and that the projects will not be duplicated. If the organization does not have a project office, the managers themselves, when defining the list of needs, need to involve the participating areas to share the planning. Stage performed by the leader of each cell (manager), with the support of the other members of the same, and by the leaders of other cells. Integrated planning.

Prioritizing the projects, the next step is to carry out the initial planning / execution step. In this stage, managers, project leaders (technical and business), key users, IT teams, facilitators of the daily activities of each project and any other people who need to participate actively are defined. In the sequence, the participants need to converge their expectations in relation to the macro scope and the effort (deadline, diverse resources, people involved and costs in general). This convergence is fundamental, since it is from that moment that the projects are in fact being analyzed by all participants. This fact can even generate a new dimensioning and prioritization of scope. As everyone participates in this stage, especially the key users, there may be a new 80-20 analysis of priorities which, eventually, may also lead to changes in deliverables. Therefore, in this step, managers need to be open to any suggestions for changing the scope and effort (deadline, different resources, people involved and costs in general) that may be suggested by the project participants (leaders, key users, IT teams and other participants). Once convergence is accomplished, managers need to release leaders (technical and business), key users, technology teams and other participants to start the project. Remember that managers will also be active participants in the next phases. Stage conducted by the leader of each project.

Having completed the previous stage of defining the participants, including the managers, and the scope, deadline and costs converged, we need, in this stage, to detail the scope by writing both the “as is” (as is the current process) and the “to be” (as it will be). This step is carried out by the key users, together with the technology teams, in various requirements detailing meetings (workshops). And why is it necessary, even in a succinct way, to write how the process is today, “as is”? elementary my dear, I was not inspired by one of the best project development methodologies in the world for nothing. Simple! because in the madness that organizations live, many, many times, people do not know why they are doing what they are doing. And when they stop to think about it, about what they are currently doing, several “insights” appear to be used in “to be” (in how it will be). In this stage, the key user, who has knowledge of the business, when detailing the process, can even review the scope of the project once again and, through the Pareto principle, suggest new deliverables that he deems to have a more surgical impact on the other areas of the company. Too much show! stage conducted by the key user, together with the technology team, and supervised by the project leader (technical and business) and the daily project facilitator. Just one more detail: the participation of the IT team is necessary, at this stage, so that it supports with its technical knowledge what the key user wants to implement. In other words, the IT team will assist, technically, in building the solution.

The next characteristic of our pan that contributes a lot to the realization of the projects of a cell and, consequently, to the realization of its purpose is the presentation, to the managers, of everything that was detailed by the key user in the previous step. That is, everything that the key user defined as a final deliverable needs to be shown to all project managers. And why do we need to accomplish this step? once again simple my dear: because another great factor of rework in projects is due to the fact that managers do not follow what is being done. And when that happens, at the front, when the project is already advanced, he will look and, in my experience, say: “this is not what I wanted ...”, “this is not what I imagined there at the beginning...”. Am I making it up? or who works with projects has faced this type of situation over and over again? That said, at this stage, the key user presents managers with a drawing of how the process is currently and how it will look, already considering possible redefinitions of scope and effort (deadline, different resources, people involved and costs in general). The managers evaluate the deliverables, suggest possible adjustments and approve the continuation of the project for the realization phase. That simple! Stage conducted by the key user and supervised by the project leader (technical and business) and the daily project facilitator.

After the managers approve the deliverables, ("to be") a new detailed schedule is prepared and presented, again, for the managers and the project team. The managers approve the final schedule and the project goes to the furnace. At this stage, the daily project facilitator leads the development of the schedule, but receives the support of key users and other project participants, such as the technical team.

No less important, for a project to be successful, is to hold cadence meetings where all participants, including managers, know what has been done, what is pending and what is the action plan for the sequence of the project. Meetings can be held daily with key users/technical team and weekly with managers. By following the cadence meetings of the projects, the managers will also have the opportunity to give suggestions that will contribute to the development of the project. This is essential to ensure the quality of delivery of each of them. Stage conducted by the daily project facilitator (participant who will cadence the project on a daily basis) and supported by the project leader (technical and business) and key users.

The developed project, before the delivery, is made a meeting with all managers and project team to present the final results. This presentation of the final delivery needs to be done, preferably, by the key users since they are the owners of the process. All understanding that there is a relevant delivery, the project goes into operation and the cell starts to use ingredient 5 (to recycle, permanently, its functioning) to make eventual corrections in relation to what was implemented. This is perfectly natural. What is not natural, what is not healthy, are organizations not complying with the minimum planning, staying all the time redoing things and leaving everyone stressed. Not to say crazy. Stage led by the key user and supported by the project leader (technical and business) and daily facilitator.

And, finishing the use of our pot, a very important factor that helps to ensure good results in a project is closely linked with the attitude of the leader to relive, constantly, together with the participants, the reasons why the project is being carried out. When this is done, the leader promotes opportunities for autonomy, challenge, achievement and growth for all. Without forgetting also that celebrating, at each achievement, is something that promotes the union of people around a greater purpose. So, celebrate, cheers! life is a party. Hold heart! This movie is too beautiful. I cried like a child at the end of it! and I will cry a lot more when we are carrying out projects that really contribute to the improvement of organizations, people's lives and the planet. They liked the pot? easy to use, but for those who perhaps did not enjoy it, for whatever reason, I tell you the truth: it

is not for me to criticize other methodologies which, like every new thing, promise results in a short time. It is up to me to report exactly what, in my 30 years working in the field of technology, I have seen and continue to see: with the "ASAP" methodology, I was proud to deliver, for example, together with a fantastic team, with quality, and on time, the system that controls the maintenance of the trains and stations of line 4, yellow, the subway in the city of São Paulo. Without it, what I have seen, and I continue to see, are organizations carrying out projects in the following way: projects defined and prioritized only by the manager of the technology area; projects made in a fast delivery model that, in the frying of eggs, from being so much remade, they become, in practice, long projects; model projects "fool me that I like" that deliver contents that nobody, in practice, uses; projects where the managers do not participate and then, in the end, say that everything needs to be remade; projects prioritized by quantity and not by relevance (what manager, in a competitive world like today's, accepts that his area will run out of projects, even if this decision brings benefits to the whole? ).

Anyway, what I see today, as the usual exceptions, are companies pretending that they are doing projects relevant to the whole organization and at the same time leaving all their employees, who also don't know why they are doing what they are doing, crazy. If the pot I suggested has no problems? of course it does. Projects are not a trail, they are a trail! they need adjustments, constantly. So, I'm not necessarily defending a methodology here. What I'm defending is the need to develop projects where all interested parties participate. That we use methodologies that unite people, around a bigger result, prioritizing quality, the projects that really matter, and not the delivery, of a lot of projects, at any cost. In short, what I am advocating is a change in the design and conduct of projects and not necessarily in form. I'm talking more about a change of attitude towards the rational planning of projects and effective participation of people, than necessarily the suggested "framework". "Framework" that can even be adapted for any type of project...

Obviously, in a world of “Chaordic Social Cells”, which respects plurality, cells will be free to use whatever they want as a control methodology for their projects. Of course! as long as they deliver relevant results, without making people sick and as long as we don't continue with the stupid logic of wanting to deliver projects, already badly elaborated, to forceps, believing that two women make a child in four and a half months. And if even so, if someone insists on using the logic of fitting a ball into a square, be my guest. To paraphrase Socrates, I can't force anyone to anything, I can only stimulate someone to think. But, honestly, I don't believe that we will continue not to use our capacity of analysis and transformation, which differentiates us so much from other species, to continue doing things anyway. This makes no sense, this does not do justice to our sublime capacity to alter the reality around us. This has given...

Welcome to a new world! We are now facing a world full of “Chaordic Social Cells”. And what a wonderful journey

that was until we got here. We now have, right before our eyes, a new world where peace, collaboration between cells, preservation of the planet and respect for differences coexist in true harmony. We definitely woke up from the nightmare we were living and what we see now, right before our eyes, are people respecting each other, education being a priority, children receiving the care they deserve, much more peaceful traffic, a much less violent society, advanced technologies available to everyone, people taking care of people, many discussions (yes! this is a world of dialogue and not of people accepting everything), means of production integrated with nature, people consuming what is necessary (a little more towards there, a little more towards here), people working on what they love (and using the work at the service of everyone's well being), football stadiums with mixed fans, multidisciplinary cells (formed by doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, coaches, physical education professionals, physiotherapists, sociologists, anthropologists, philosophers, occupational therapists, among others) to take care of people and a lot of other things that will be adjusted in our society. And the money? is now used in favor of human welfare. And violence? is now sporadic and punished with severity. And the competition? has been practically eradicated from our society.

If we are facing a perfect world? in no way! what we see now, far from a perfect world, is a possible world, a world based on love, where the care of the human being is our highest purpose of existence. Exceptions, as I have already repeated, will always exist.

The arms industry, the armies, the police, among other institutions that make use of weapons, will initially continue to fulfill their role. However, gradually, we will clean up the hatred that has also been installed in many of them, against life, and make them the remedies responsible for the defense of cells. Or does anyone doubt that not everyone will accept living in a world based on “Chaordic Social Cells”?

Welcome again to a new world formed by “Chaordic Social Cells”. Dynamic societies necessarily need dynamic

organizations. The reorganization of this immense puzzle, in a non-linear way, called society, has brought us enormous challenges: we worked hard, we weakened, we had sad moments, we had happy moments, we negotiated like never before, it wasn't fast (nor could it be), we thought of several moments that would not work, the lovers of money reacted, those who always say that it won't work either, people felt insecure, it was painful to change, working in collaboration wasn't always easy, misunderstandings occurred, we comforted ourselves with hugs, we smiled and cried. And when the tiredness hit, we looked over our shoulders, remembered how the world was collapsing and moved on, in search of our greater purpose to build a better world for all.

During our walk people made all the difference. Technology has helped us cross seemingly insurmountable mountains. With the help of technology we used BI tools, and many others, to create cell chains, interlaced, which allowed us to act in a coordinated way to solve our problems. And we did this by creating a fantastic repository of information, of our society, where everyone had access to the characteristics of each cell, its purpose, values, needs and also the characteristics of each member, their values, purpose, dreams, training, personal experiences, professional experiences, desires and so many other pieces of information that we consider relevant. And it was also with the help of technology that we equipped ourselves with information capable of portraying the reality of our problems, helping us to find the best solutions to them.

We also peppered this fascinating repository with the projects carried out by the cells, so that others could use them as a reference, detailing their objectives, what they produced, what resources were needed, who participated, what skills and abilities were needed, what were the difficulties encountered, what was the timeframe for execution, what lessons were learned, etc, etc, etc. What wonderful madness! to each piece of information added, in this spectacular repository, new and new crossroads were made to find solutions in the areas of health, education, environmental degradation, sustainable production, violence, urban mobility and so many other areas that needed affection and attention.

Yes! it was a gigantic process of chaos and order, but we focused on acting on the root cause of each of our problems. And so cells came together, separated, shared solutions, shared learning, joined efforts, converged actions and finally found new and new solutions for the creation of this new world we see today. Finally, reorganizing and harmonizing our planet through the creation of “Chaordic Social Cells” required a lot of effort, communication, love, patience and dedication, but it was a path, masterfully, pleasurable to follow.

Ludwig Tieck I know, I know, I imagine that some, at this moment, must be thinking that this is all just a big utopia. That between

this manifest and the creation of a world flooded with “Chaordic Social Cells” there is an enormous distance. Yes! it makes sense, but I want, here, at this moment, to challenge you: someone there is afraid to fight for a better world? someone there believes that it is better to continue living, the way we are, with most people living a meaningless life? for those who answered "no", then I conclude: what prevents us from today, at most tomorrow, from taking a first step towards a fairer world where the quality of life of people and of the planet is the central point of our concerns? nothing my dear, nothing at all, we just have to want it…

So, if we want to live in this new world based on “Chaordic Social Cells”, even if not all companies decide to work as NGOs, the important thing will be that the end of them is not profit for profit. The important thing is that a large part of the profit of the cells is reverted to the collaborators and to new investments that bring improvement in the quality of life of the people and the planet. Profit or not does not matter when an organization works respecting the characteristics of a “Chaordic Social Cell”. Even so, as the years go by, even if it is a few decades, I am sure that this concept of profit will disappear and only “ISH” will remain in place. Of course! obviously, until we get there a lot of work needs to be done, but for now we do our part and let the next generations do their part.

Basically, at this moment in the beginning of the transition to a new model of human existence, independent of profit, the biggest difference from a “Chaordic Social Cell”, to any organization currently existing, will be more in content than in form. It will be in the anthropological sense of the existence of a cell. That is, in the permanent investment of its members in self-knowledge, in the understanding of the reality of the other, in the perception that we are capable of changing the reality around us, in the production of beneficial results (for all) preserving our differences and, mainly, in the capacity of reinterpreting, in a positive way, our reality and transmitting our acquired knowledge to the next generations so that they can use it to build a better world.

Having said that, I want to re-emphasise a vital issue that I have been commenting on since the beginning of this manifest: if we do not urgently change our sense of existence. If we do not use the factors that distinguish us from other species, such as the capacity to observe and elaborate information, then we have nothing left to do here on this planet. I insist, persist and don't give up on this subject because our capacity to elaborate knowledge and transmit it to the next generations is something so singular in the universe, something so rare, that it is completely insane for us to throw all this capacity away.

I even remembered a series called "Why We Hate" produced by Steven Spielberg. The series shows two groups of monkeys, quite similar, but living in different environments. One with more natural resources and one with fewer resources. In the case of the group living in the most resourceful environment, where monkeys don't have to compete, monkeys are more

peaceful and collaborative. In the other group, which lives in the most scarce environment, the monkeys are more aggressive and competitive. And what does that example have to do with us humans? Simple: in the case of the most aggressive apes, who compete with each other, they will, generation after generation, maintain the same pattern of behavior.

In other words, unlike us, they do not have the capacity to analyze the environment, to elaborate the information and to produce what is lacking for everyone to live well. Which is curious, because although nature is like that, it fortunately finds some way to keep itself in balance. Unfortunately, when we forget who we are, when we give up our capacity to elaborate knowledge and use it to improve everyone's life, we sentence a large part of our own species to live in a diametrically opposed way to what others, of our same species, experience.

I believe that here fits even the speech that the character Smith, from the movie "Matrix", made to the character Morpheu: "I would like to share a revelation that I had during my time here. It occurred to me when I tried to classify your species and realized that you are not mammals. All mammals on the planet instinctively come into balance with the environment. But humans don't. You go to an area, you multiply, you multiply, until all natural resources are consumed. And the only way you survive is to go to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. You know what it is? A virus. Human beings are a disease. A cancer on this planet. You are a plague. And we are the cure." It's Smith, you are largely right! But the “Chaordic Social Cells” will be the cure, not you agents...

Let's challenge ourselves then! enough of this real mess that has become our society where people are living, almost to live, with no purpose in life. No more wasting so much time on social networks that, with rare exceptions, they only make us self-centered and with little capacity to interact with the real world. No more inaction with the problems of our planet. It is enough for lack of permanent conversation with the sectors of society, governments allowing strikes to be installed, constantly damaging the lives of all. No more people holding contests, without any identification with the position they are going to hold, only to have a job where they cannot be fired. No more organizations that exist only because of the capital. No more purposes and values hanging on the walls and serving only as ornaments. No more colorful scenarios that try to show that an institution is modern, but when we get to the social area people are talking badly about work, with the face of always stressed, and without feeling, truly, part of a bigger purpose. Exceptions? yes, they always exist. No more poorly designed and badly developed projects that only waste stratospheric amounts of energy and therefore produce little, if anything, effective results for humanity and still drive people crazy. Enough of this rush to want everything for yesterday without respecting people and the time that things need to be done. Enough for lack of analysis, negotiation and a minimum written requirement to kick in project delivery dates leaving everyone sick to deploy them. If it is to kick, kick the “Lottery” that is easier to hit. What is this hurry that, from one day to another, everything changes and we can't wait a few days, a month, to organize a project the right way with the right people? what is this hurry that we no longer know how to say "no" in the face of a crazy request to do something in a hurry? what is this hurry that we have to promise everything for yesterday without analyzing, calmly, a lot of what is involved? what is this hurry that we can no longer say, "can I analyze calmly and return you?" what is this hurry? what is this hurry? what is this hurry? No more people getting sick in the hands of bosses who don't have the slightest capacity to deal with people. No more destroying your own house in the name of money. No more governments not committed to the wishes of the population. No more lack of convergence between the purpose of people, companies and governments that only generates disharmony in our society and wastes unimaginable amounts of energy without practically anything effective being generated for humanity. Enough of all the evils that we live because of human indifference. Enough of this gang effect, of this automatic state we live in, which does not allow us to change habits, through love, for example, allowing people to enter into alternative work schedules and, consequently, relieving the flow of people passing through at the same times just to hit cards. And there’s an industrial revolution that doesn’t end! Enough of those who can work remotely have to go, every day, in the companies only so that the little soldiers present themselves. And there’s an industrial revolution that doesn’t end! Enough for lack of planning to work an insanity of hours when in many cases, if we focused on what we needed, we would need to work a few hours on a given day. And there’s an industrial revolution that doesn’t end! Enough of this crazy and unbridled competition that is only leading us to extinction. Enough of these absurd goals that many organizations demand, from their collaborators, only aiming at the capital and not at human satisfaction. As a matter of fact, in relation to this item, there are sectors specialized in making their collaborators sick in the search for absurd and extrinsic financial goals. How so? tell me then, where the hell does the world improve when staggering goals are set, for example, to open accounts at a bank? to issue credit cards to customers. I honestly don't know! what I do know is that there's no money that pays for people to get sick to meet those goals. Well, for me, extrinsic financial goals are actually the absurdity of pushing for other things that others don't need or don't need at that moment. Enough of so many battle programs of that and battle of that which only stimulate individuality, as if individuality were the best path for our evolution. Enough of the cult of "you're fired", as if the person who received that phrase had something defective in their ability to learn. And for those who think that cooking is running desperate, like a silly cockroach, to produce a dish, for me, that's not cooking, that's sickness...

You really want to know what I believe? that there is no better or worse! we're just different! we just have different minds! And therefore, we need to be evaluated in various dimensions and under conditions that our brain is not acting in combat mode, with little processing capacity imposed by stress. We need to be complementary. We need to use each other's characteristics (perfected by education), complementing each other's characteristics (perfected by education). And so be it…

Let us challenge ourselves then! Let us create thousands of cells responsible for achieving the UN's sustainable development objectives and goals. Let us bring together hospitals, banks, governments, food producers, laboratories, engineering companies, service companies, educational institutions, doctors, technology companies and all other segments in blocs so that together we find solutions to our problems. Let's create TV programs where collaboration is the main goal and where the public can also contribute with the solutions. Let us, Brazilians in particular, use our fantastic capacity for resilience, our enormous creativity to, together, create solutions to our problems.

Madness? answer me then: where are we going to arrive with this meaningless and unbridled competition that has taken root in our society, especially in our organizations? why do institutions need to insist on this model of competition to show who makes the most profit? why automobile companies cannot work together, each preserving its origins and characteristics, to find mobility solutions for everyone?

Why laboratories cannot unite, as they are doing now in the crisis of the new Coronavirus, to find solutions that improve the health of everyone on the planet? why do we need tragedies to do this? why can't Airbus work together with Boeing to create high-quality aircraft for everyone? why can't Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Embraer unite to find, together, a solution to the problems of the 737 Max? what's to stop them from doing this? what's to stop us from creating a collaborative Olympics where, every 4 years, all countries come together to find solutions to our problems. Image that spectacular all countries entering with their "athletes", all televised, people from all over the world being able to send contributions and all being rewarded for finding solutions that improve everyone's lives. And image if in one of these Olympics, of collaboration, Israelis and Palestinians entered holding each other's flag. Wow, it's gonna be so beautiful.

Anyway, noble inhabitants of planet Earth, I honestly do not understand why we need to compete when there is no more noble purpose in the world than to unite for the sake of building a better world for all. That is, below that purpose, all the others are just details, they are just imaginary barriers that we put in our heads...

Good! Let's look forward. It doesn't matter when we decide to work separately. The important thing now, from now on, is to work together, joining forces, to generate quality of life for everyone and for the planet. What a fantastic world, what a wonderful world we will have when we are all working for humanity. I truly believe that this is possible. And it will be...

But here is a doubt: what if these mergers take time? and if even I believe that we can work together (the mergers of companies that already occur today show that we are on this path), even so, we do not have the time to save our planet from destruction? elementary my dear readers! The letter up our sleeve, which is already there with its objectives and goals outlined, is to create in large steps, of united ants, cells, all over the planet, that make possible the 17 objectives and 169 goals of sustainable development of the UN.

And, together, these same cells will be responsible for bringing the other institutions to work for a better world as well. You know the pack effect that dog trainers use to socialize violent animals? for those who do not know, it works like this: you introduce a violent animal in the midst of other socialized animals and with time the violent animal gradually behaves like the others. And so we will do with the cells created for the execution of the objectives and goals of sustainable development of the planet. Through interaction and exchange of knowledge they will gradually bring other institutions to also share solutions for our planet. It's that simple! and I, from my heart, believe that this is possible...

And in making that decision, in creating cells with the function of integrating other cells, we will certainly be taking a huge step towards living, all of us, in an interdependent way. It will be two there, two here. We will find a new balance of existence where we will preserve the characteristics of each culture, where some may consume a little more, others a little less, but in the end, we will have a non-zero sum ratio with a focus on the preservation of the human species and the planet. By establishing a new non-zero sum ratio, in our society, we will not all need to become vegans, but we will be able to perfectly reduce meat consumption. On the other hand, by integrating ourselves to the planet, in a healthy way, we will be able to perfectly eat delicious fish, as long as we do not put it in the process of extinction. Cod farming in Norway, where all the scientific and regulatory work has been done to preserve and offer the product, is an excellent example of this sustainable integration between man and nature. And the consumption of cod in the world is gigantic. In short, we can increase the consumption of certain things in order to improve the lives of some who need it and, at the same time, reduce the consumption of others, such as the very quantity of food ingested by each of us. In fact, as a resident of São Paulo, I always ask myself: where did this mania of offering dishes with so much food come from? Oh! crazy. What a waste! We can perfectly well live, with health, consuming much less food. What is the first ingredient in any recipe? JUST WANT IT...

But let us be reassured! they will be the cells responsible for the fulfillment of the 17 objectives and 169 goals of the UN that will bring us this new balance. What are they? "Poverty eradication", "Zero hunger and sustainable agriculture", "Health and welfare", "Quality education", "Gender equality", "Drinking water and sanitation", "Clean and affordable energy", "Decent work and economic growth", "Innovation and infrastructure industry", "Reduction of inequalities", "Sustainable cities and communities", "Responsible consumption and production", "Action against global climate change", "Life in water", "Life on earth", "Peace, justice and effective institutions" and "Partnerships and means of implementation".

Fancy names? too fancy! but more than pretty names, when we act in a new model of “Chaordic Social Cells”, in collaboration, seeking the achievement of the objectives and goals of sustainable development of the UN, believe me, not only will we evolve as a species, but we will also replace the current failed structures of our society with harmonic and solidarity structures. Labor relations will no longer be based on the purchase and domination of people, but on the appreciation of human beings. Goodbye slave labour, welcome free, rewarding, creative and participatory work. We will use all our human energy, with leisure, to produce achievement, satisfaction and common good for all. The volume of money in the economy will gradually return to match the goods produced. Governments and organizations will no longer control the destinies of societies as they do today. Far from it! Being also cells, governments and organizations will function integrated and sensitive to the needs of the whole body. And, particularly, speaking of the government cell, its main objective will be to articulate the existing cells in society ensuring that they work in harmony. The government cell, in essence, will become a great facilitator of the functioning, not homogeneous, of the whole. Under no circumstances will it make it a more important cell than the others. Different cells, different functions, the same objective: to keep life in balance.

And with the constant improvement of the functioning of the cells, with the cells functioning more and more in an integrated way, we will also have, inside their membranes, the presence of one of the most fascinating and intriguing phenomena existing in the universe: the phenomenon of the replication of fractals.

And for those who do not know the concept, fractals are objects in which each part is similar to the object as a whole. Their main characteristic is the autosimilarity. This means that the patterns of the whole object are repeated, in each part, only in a smaller size scale. A good example of fractals are the snowflakes, because each branch of the flake looks like the whole flake. That is, they contain, within themselves, smaller copies of themselves. The whole is in the part and the part is in the whole. Complicated? Let's imagine, then, as another example, our own cells. In a "simple" cell of our skin it is not only possible to identify the characteristics of our own skin, but it is also possible to identify countless pieces of information of our whole organism. The characteristics, irregular, of a small part are in itself and in the whole. Too fascinating...

Discussing this subject a little more, the study of fractals (from Latin "fractus", "fraction", "broken", "irregular") gained strong momentum from the research of the Polish mathematician "Benoit Mandelbrot". Benoit who, based on his researches, believing that classical geometry was not able to understand and explain all the complexity of nature and its numerous forms, developed a new geometry called fractals geometry. And it was during his studies that the mathematician made constant use of the principles of chaos theory which, contrary to what the name may suggest, is based on the search for patterns, repetitions, regularity, within irregular behaviors.

According to Mandelbrot, "Clouds are not spheres, mountains are not cones, continents are not circles, the sound of bark is not continuous and neither does lightning travel in a straight line. However, even if these structures are not regular, the memories somehow repeat themselves. That is, nature is not composed of regular patterns, but rather of patterns of chaos and order that repeat themselves. Based on this reality I ask you: if our universe works like this, intercalating patterns of chaos and order, why shouldn't the functioning of our society be in the same way? but it will be! I also take advantage of the fact that we are approaching this subject to give an example of the use of fractals using a process already commented on in this same manifest: the "critical observation". "Critical observation" can be used, as part, of the process of defining the purpose of a cell, as well as, alone, as a whole, for the solution of our day-to-day problems, without losing its characteristics. The following are some examples of how we can use "critical observation" in a routine and separate way, without losing its characteristics, to solve our day-to-day problems. Look how cool: with the "critical observation" we can solve simple things like those described below:

Who never went to a restaurant and waited to be served, simply because no one noticed that someone else had arrived. Or pretended not to! well, with the "critical observation", we just have to leave our power of observation on, exit the automatic, stop to pay attention, analyze the situation (if there is someone in need of care) and take action. Simple no? to solve trivial questions like that we don't need a complete cell, just use part of it...

For a few weeks I went to a supermarket and, before I went, I always activated a certain offer in the store's application. However, when I passed the checkout, the offer didn't appear as valid and I always had to show my cell phone to prove that, yes, I had activated that offer. This occurred, as I said, for a few weeks. Now, if someone had trained the attendants to practice "critical observation", a simple problem like that would have been solved quickly. With attention in on mode, coming off automatic, it would have been enough if some attendant had realized that something was wrong, elaborated that it was necessary to make some correction and communicate it to the sector that takes care of the offers to make the adjustment. How difficult is that?

But let's keep going! in the face of everything we have shared, until now, I insist again: there is nothing, nothing at all,

other than our simple “wanting”, which prevents us from acting, immediately, to build a new socially just and economically viable world. It depends only on each of us to build a new world where peace, collaboration, the preservation of the planet and respect for differences are the new pillars of our existence. I will start then by talking about "my precious" by gently asking some questions: where do we get trillions and trillions of dollars from every day to invest in the financial market which, to a large extent, only aims to generate money for money? where do we get trillions and trillions of dollars from in 2008 to save the financial system from the crisis? what the f… of savage capitalism is that which, when it matters, takes our cake away, but when it needs it, to save the institutions that sustain it, becomes socialist? and what the f… of world is this one where a communist country has reserves of trillions and trillions of dollars?

And I answer them: deep down, my listeners, we have money! and it is circulating frantically around, every day. He's just not, for the most part, generating improvement in people's lives. And that's exactly where the "x" in the question lies. If the holders of capital don't pay attention, urgently, to the risk they are running for concentrating so much money. If part of this money, which is flying around, is not used for people's well-being, there is, today, right under our noses, a huge stench, a huge risk, real, of a generalized seizure in the society. And why do I say that? simple! because a great part of it is currently absolutely alienated from the advances experienced by humanity. And for those who don't believe that this social breakdown is near, the manifest that are taking place, outside the world, against the system, we show that it has already arrived. And worse: if we don't look more carefully at people's needs and not the money. If the holders of capital do not pay attention to the imminent risk of social upheaval, we may, overnight, enter a new financial crisis without any precursors. And all that, as previously mentioned, because a great part of the humanity is absolutely alienated from the advances produced by the humanity, and because these same people, each day more, do not see in the institutions a mirror that reflects them. They do not see in organizations a place that supports them in obtaining a better life.

Therefore, dear readers, fiction aside, the argument used in the series "La casa de papel" to rob the Madrid mint is largely true. If trillions of dollars came "out of nowhere" to save the economic model in the 2008 crisis, why can't we also use that same money for the benefit of humanity? we always need crises to bring back the "oxen" and the "cows" that are in the clouds? I sincerely hope not. I wholeheartedly hope that from now on we will reflect on everything that is happening and move on with love. No more pain ...

And how do we do that? Simple! Spreading that shit around. By employing a large part of this virtual capital to meet the UN's sustainable development goals and objectives. And for those who can't imagine a world where money is divided without remuneration, I tell you the truth: good! if it were mine, I would employ it for the fulfillment of the objectives and goals of sustainable development of the UN without expecting any financial return. My achievement would be to see a “Chaordic Social Cell” generating life improvement for people, distributing it in a meritocratic way among all and not in receiving painted paper in return.

However, knowing that it will come from various sources, I too will not be naive to believe that we cannot remunerate it, exactly as we do today in social impact business financing. When a cell generates financial results, it can quietly compensate the person who invested in it simply for the fact that if it did not have a "cow", and someone helped it to produce one, it needs to reward that person or institution for the effort employed. But let's remember! these negotiations, unlike many that are done today, where only one side determines the rules, will be done with one side saying how much of a return to invest, during a certain period of time, in a certain business, the parties will negotiate whether or not it is worth what is being asked and will reach an agreement. In short, by directing a good part of the capital that is left over today to generate well-being for all, as long as this well-being does not help to destroy the planet, there will be no problem for it to be adequately remunerated.

And in order for this model to spread, we need to convince, more and more, the holders of virtual capital to use their resources in favor of objectives that bring benefits to them and to all humanity. We can even create specific cells to act in the capture of this capital and negotiate it in a healthy manner, generating satisfaction, not linear, for humanity. In other words, either we take the "cows," the "oxen," the "cars," and so many other virtual goods that are flying in the clouds and channel them to generate quality of life for people, or they will evaporate with the increase of the planet's temperature and the heat of people's hatred for institutions.

If I want to undermine the financial system? if I don't like the people or institutions that own much of the world's capital? not at all. First of all, at this point, we need everyone. And secondly, in relation to institutions, I know that a lot of them are important for the organization of capital flows in the world. Which, in itself, is already an extremely relevant purpose. What I do not agree with, as in the case of Brazil, is with institutions charging interest of more than 300% per year to finance debts. What I do not agree with is with people being extorted, every day, so that a few have more and more money. I just want the financial market to use all of its intelligence, which today is focused on creating miracle operations to generate money, from money, to also create financial solutions that help improve people's quality of life. Come on financial system! What prevents you from participating in creating a better world for everyone? come with us! we want your intelligence to think together about solutions that make our world, a better world?

And there is money to pay for those tons of hours spent, unnecessarily, without them generating benefits for the company, for people and much less for the planet. And I'm not even accounting for the cost of people going crazy. Cost, my dear readers, we have when for lack of planning and good practices, to implement projects, governments and companies spend billions and billions without these projects generate any benefit to society, such as the various unfinished works that are rotting around.

Having money and not using it to generate quality of human life is like dying of thirst in front of the sea...

What a thrill! We've reached the end of that manifest. Between pros and cons, between reality and passion, between the coffin and salvation, we are actually facing two utopias: that money will solve all our problems and that a society based on “Chaordic Social Cells” will take us to a new level of existence, peaceful, supportive and collaborative. The decision, now, is all ours: by insisting on the former, on the only financial and disharmonious vision of the world, people, companies and governments will continue to develop cancer cells that will soon corrode our entire organism, leading us to extinction. When we flood our planet with cells, companies and governments will be extensions of our own bodies and, therefore,

they will no longer be half a dozen little ironed, tied, behind closed doors, which will miraculously define solutions for such a diverse society. There will no longer be half a dozen more ironing cases, with ties on, behind closed doors, which will manage, by decree, to define the destinies of millions and millions of people with such different characteristics. From the bottom up, our problems will be solved together. Cells will negotiate with cells. We will integrate systems. We will improve the various repositories of information about people's characteristics, cells, and what each one is producing or will produce. And it will be largely up to governments to be the facilitators of this information integration process by employing their resources in an assertive manner.

What contentment! when we flood the world with cells deciding the best path, for the whole, will be a prerogative of

each of its parts and no longer only of a few. That is democracy! And it will be they, the leaders, who will assume the role of facilitators, of interlocutors of the best arrangements for each cell and for the whole organism. If they are harmonized with the members of each cell, they will have the legitimacy to conduct the negotiations that are necessary, thus generating a true chain of good.

Negotiation, after negotiation, will be up to the leaders, in practice, to conduct a gigantic process of defragmentation of our society. Trail by trail, through the convergence between the values, purposes and actions of people and organizations, a huge collaborative "web" will gradually expand.

And the more this process of defragmentation advances, the more we will have before our eyes a collaborative world where the decisions made by each cell will matter regardless of their size. It won't matter if the negotiations will take place in large or small cells. Because the cells will work in a fractal model, any decision made by any one of them will reverberate in part and in whole. Each decision made, by each of the cells, will carry the weight of a "Real" decision. That's the tip for future leaders: the "Game of Thrones" saga shows very well how we don't necessarily need to be officially a king (to have the centralized power in our hands), so that our attitudes gain revealing contours. John Snow, a character in the series, was king all the time when, even though he didn't want the throne, he behaved with one in each of his decisions and actions. It is now up to us to decide which wolf we want to feed. That of competition or that of collaboration. It is up to each one of us, at that moment, to come back to perceive the spectacular ballet of life, sometimes delicate, sometimes incisive, sometimes chaotic, sometimes ordered, but which invites us every day to be protagonists of our own history. We, myself and each one of you, who choose to live in a world made up of “Chaordic Social Cells” will once again become an integral part of an infinite dance called universe.
