HIGH-VISIBILITY FORK CLAMPS can be used for transporting palletized goods as well as for clamping. OEA Kaup’s optimized design ensures superior visibility for the driver and allows quick and precise operation of the clamp. The compact dimensions provide stability, and the robust sliding profile decreases wear on the parts. Customization of the opening ranges, frame widths, fork types, and sizes adds new levels of versatility.

ROTATORS can be equipped with forks as well as with clamps, booms, or other load-handling attachments. They’re essential for loads that need to be rotated, either to empty a container, slide material off a pallet, or to set a horizontal load upright. Our Rotators come standard with ITA rail mounting. OEA Kaup Rotators prioritize speed over torque, however, this can be changed should the application/specification require it.

MULTI-PALLET HANDLERS are an ideal solution for moving multiple loads at the same time, thus, increasing forklift and workforce efficiency. Our innovative design combines load stability with optimal visibility for operators. Options range from single-double models up to heavy-duty four-eight models that can transport as many as eight pallets at once. Custom options are also available upon request.

APPLIANCE AND CARTON CLAMPS are used worldwide to transport heavy appliances and consumer electronics. The clamp arms and/or clamp body are able to independently recognize how many loads should be lifted. The system then regulates the required pressure needed to handle the load without damaging it. The replaceable clamp wear pads offer additional protection to the load. Rotating versions of the Clamps are also available upon request.

ROTATING ROLL CLAMPS are an essential solution for handling spools of paper, large pipes, tires, and other cylinder-shaped loads. The clamp has been optimized to handle complex applications all while ensuring operator safety and maximizing productivity. Our Rotating Roll Clamps prioritize speed over torque, however, this can be changed should the application/specification require it.

PUSH/PULLS allow you to replace traditional pallets with inexpensive slipsheets when shipping and receiving warehouse loads. Push/Pulls are typically used for bagged products like seed, agricultural products, cosmetics, cased food, and more. OEA Kaup’s versatility allows the Push/Pull to be used with or without a pallet saver, with a separate sideshifter, or a hydraulically adjustable carrying platen. The ranges are available as a slip-on version which can easily be fitted on forks of all sizes.

SIDESHIFTERS allow for lateral shifting of the load ±3.94”. Taking the truck capacity into account, this enables drivers to position goods horizontally with precision and increases the overall efficiency of the forklift. Our Sideshifter allows for maximum residual load capacity due to minimum weight and lost load center. Standard and high-performance models are currently available.

FORK POSITIONERS can easily handle loads with varying widths to help meet complex material handling demands. These attachments enhance forklift versatility by allowing operators to control fork distance and handling capacity from the driver’s seat. Fork Positioners also significantly reduce the risk of accidents by providing the correct support base for the load.

LOAD BACKRESTS are OSHA-compliant and are designed to prevent loads from shifting backwards when the carriage is lifted to full height. This allows the load to rest against a square, flat surface that makes transportation safer. All load backrests are engineered-to-order which ensures they’ll be a perfect fit.
