As participant of Indonesia International Geothermal Convention and Exhibition (IIGCE) 2015, we hereby agree to obey the following rules: a) Application and Contract Form should be returned to [email protected] within 3 (three) working days. Failure to comply will result in an automatic release of the booth space booking.b) The organizer will respond your email as our feedback. Exhibitor’s participation is valid after the FORM is signed by the person mentioned above and submitted to the organizer. c) Any type of signed form sent via email or fax has the same legal condition with the original document. d) Full payment (100%) shall be made not later than 1 (one) month after the invoice is issued; otherwise the booth will be re-sold/released to other parties.e) All received payment is non-refundable (including the 10% VAT). f) Cancellation requested by Participant shall be submitted to the organizer in writing, completed with appropriate reason. / or economic policy / monetary / unstable political situation that directly affect the execution of this agreement, any subsequent delay or failure of such shall not be regarded as the fault of the organizer, and thereby, the organizer shall be released from any liability due to the impending results where the obligations pertaining the event cannot be duly met.
