Resolution adopted by Executive Committee RSCWS in the meeting held on 8.11.2009Reg: Formation of Adhoc Committee, South Eastern Zone – with HO at Bhubneshwar
The Executive Committee of RSCWS, Chandigarh after careful consideration & deliberations approved the proposal of the Members from Bhubneshwar to allow them to form an Adhoc Committee of RSCWS South Eastern Zone for organizing the Senior Citizens of the Railways settled in the Eastern Region – under the Banner of the RSCWS.
The Executive also approved the formation of Adhoc Committee for East Coast Zone with following as its Members / Office Bearers – subject to the formal approval by the General Body as required under the Constitution of RSCWS:

The above said Adhoc Committee shall be authorized to enroll Members of RSCWS and to carry out activities for promotion of the Aims and objects of the Society in the East Coast Zone and the surrounding region. The Committee shall hold the Election of an Executive Committee for the Zone within 6 months from the date of its nomination (i.e 8.11.2009).
