LAND USES WITHIN THE SUBJECT NEIGHBORHOOD CONSIST OF A MIXTURE OF COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENTS. THE PREDOMINANT USE ALONG THE SECONDARY ROADWAYS IN THE AREA IS SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES. THESE DEVELOPMENTS ARE LOCATED PRIMARILY ALONG THE LOCAL TRAFFIC ARTERIES. ROOSEVELT FIELD MALL IS THE LARGEST REGIONAL MALL IN LONG ISLAND, WITH APPROXIMATELY 2.2 MILLION

SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL SPACE. ANCHOR TENANTS INCLUDE BLOOMINGDALES, BLOOMINGDALES HOME STORE, DICK’S SPORTING GOODS, JCPENNEY, MACY’S AND NORDSTROM.
