Our waste incinerators mod. ECO TECH are discontinuous type of ovens with a static chamber. They have been designed for ther-

mo destruction of waste material having medium-high lower calorific value (L.C.V.). Studied to satisfy incineration requirements of hospitals, medical laboratories, small communities, cemeteries, shopping centers, airports and gum, paper, wood, agricultural industry etc. The energy recovery system from gas combustion, available in optional on our Eco Tech oven, allows low running costs thanks to the improvement of combustion process and therefore the reduction of fuel consumption in comparison with standard ovens; If requested an additional system of energy recovery, for production of hot water with zero-costs, can be added to the oven.

Every Eco Tech oven has a gas post-combustion chamber, fabricated to respect working parameters imposed by antipollution Reg. 2000/76/EC such as: - Working temperature: >850 °C > 1100 °C according to waste category - Gas residence time in post-combustion: > 2 seconds - Free oxygen level: 6% The Scrubber type plant for wet treatment combined with post combustion process of gas coming up from incineration chamber, al-lows our Eco Tech ovens emissions to respond to the most restrictive and severe antipollution regulations.

Eco tech incinerators have a destroying power varying from 40 kg/h to 400 kg/h

CA oven is an incinerator with static chamber and it has been designed for small quantities of organic remains, slaughtering waste

and animals as pets, swine, sheep, fish etc. This is the cheapest and most practical way for the discharge of such waste.

Thanks to combustion process followed by energetic recovery, the CA oven allows an easy waste disposal. Having a display for incineration planning the hand working required is minimized.

CA ovens are pre-installed and tested at our workshop, in order to simplify the installation process, which can be carried out by unskil-led workers. Once connected to electric and fuel system, it’s ready to be used.

CA plants can be also installed under common roofs. These incinerators have a destroying power between 30kg/h and 500kg/h; and Its multi-chamber design helps to assure smokeless/

odorless operation and compliance with European Regulamentations (EC) No 1069/2009, (EU) No. 142/2011

The energy recovery system from gas combustion, available in optional on our CA oven, allows low running costs thanks to the im-

Rotomac incinerators are discontinuous ovens with a rotary or swinging combustion chamber. They are suitable for incineration of

entire animals, slaughtering waste and organic remains in general. According to model it’s possible to incinerate both small size ani-mals as pets, sheep, swine, and big size animals as bovine. Perfect also to satisfy chicken, rabbit and fish farming.

The light rotary movement transmitted over combustion chamber improves the acceleration of waste dehydration and incineration process. In this way fuel consumption is lower than in a similar static plant. Every ROTOMAC oven has a vertical post-combustion chamber, fabricated to respect working parameters imposed by European Re-

gulamentations (EC) No 1069/2009, (EU) No. 142/2011 such as:

Nowadays pet cremation request is increasing, therefore thanks to a long experience in this activity, For. Tec has designed a specific incinerator

for dogs, cats cremation etc.

Attention for design and plants manufacture makes our incinerators Mod. Fido superior to common carcasses incinerators, unsuitable for pets

cremation.

FIDO Cremators working conditions:

Up to four cremations at any cycle: thanks to a special system studied to keep animals ashes apart, with the ability to recover the remains of

each animal, giving them back to the owners.

Carcasses incineration: this incinerator can be also used for thermo destruction of groups of carcasses. In this case the incineration cycle

can exceed the number of four carcasses.

FIDO Cremators offer new business opportunities such as:

• Pets cremation with remains restitution or not

• Carcasses incineration, coming from veterinary clinics, kennels and breeding

Crematory ovens mod. FT have been designed with an innovative technique which allows to maximize the cremation process,

thanks to finest refractory materials and systems for heat recovery and reutilization which otherwise would be lost in the atmosphe-re.

Some models available: • Communicating or superimposed chambers ; • Covering with flat or corrugated stainless steel sheets • Extra accessories for process automation are available

At the bottom of the combustion chamber are installed two ducts, for ashes and for zinc recovery. They can be reached with two doors respectively placed, in front of the combustion chamber and on its side. This is an easy way to remove ashes and zinc and to begin a new cremation cycle.

Gases coming up through cremation chamber are directed towards a post combustion chamber, where they are subjected at a tem-perature of 1100 °C which produces gases oxidation. Therefore fumes and smells disappear in compliance with antipollution regula-tions.

Cremators can be equipped with systems for analysis of emissions in atmosphere and plants for fumes purification.

For. Tec studied a heat process based on different stages that make it non-invasive and to protect products from deterioration.

During the first stage, the heat stripping oven works under controlled conditions keeping a constant temperature; during the se-

cond stage the oven temperature increases till reaching the overheating of pieces in it contained,to the temperature of about 430°

(depending on materials used) and the complete decomposition of their envelopments.

The planned ignition during the cycle of nebulized liquid avoids the beginning of combustion and allows the dross detachment from

metals treated.

Gases coming from pyrolysis chamber are transferred into a post-combustion chamber where they oxidize under a temperature of

1000°C . Therefore fumes and bad smells are removed and antipollution regulations are observed.

The plant is furnished with an energy recovery system from gases going lost in the atmosphere. Heat can be recovered and reuti-

lized during the combustion process. This system guarantees savings on operating costs.

Materials can be loaded by a metal trolley.
