gently powdered layer of snow. Fear is only in the mind!

Let’s remember, we have choices. Do I care about my neighbor equally to my body and well be-ing? Or is it #1 that really counts? I was moved by an article a few weeks ago, telling of a Vietnamese monk Thich Nguyen Thao in Vancouver, who asked his congre-gation to sell a $500,000 temple, his home, to immediately benefit the Tsunami victims. Would you sell your home and send the money to unknown people on the other side of the world?

I don’t believe we need to sell our

Editors Note Dea r Crystal f rien ds, Welcome! The New Year holds many po ss ib il it ie s fo r growth. Challenges can come to us as a hungry cat at the back door. Before we know it, they

can be in, and in our face. On all fronts we are bombarded with the latest scare, from epidemics to terrorism, not to mention traumatic earth changes and severe weather conditions. Lift-ing my eyes from the headlines of today's news paper, I see a blue sky and a shining sun over a

various levels, inhibiting ‘flow'. When pain or discomfort arises, physically, emotionally, or men-tally, it is usually a manifestation of impeded energy. Often the ‘trigger’ for such symptoms can come from another person or a situation external to oneself. Such triggers we describe as ‘pushing our buttons’. Ask your-self this key question, “Why would I wish to have such but-tons in the first place?” Have we become a nation of sleeping time bombs, waiting to go off? In the recent popular film “What the Bleep” , we were exposed to the idea that the ego cannot differentiate emotionally between a past painful experi-ence and a positive new life situa-tion. The healing journey is often understood to be the proc-ess by which such buttons or triggers, along with what we term underlying patterns, are released and let go of. Logically, it fol -lows that anyone should wish to embark upon the healing jour-ney, especially since the end result is happiness, joy and well being. Contrary to the myth of ascension, the journey is truly about embracing life situations including our deepest fears and strongest desires, with spirit! Why are more people not very interested to do this? One an-swer may be, because with the resulting benefits of this process, come self responsibility and personal accountability. Perhaps it seems easier for the uncon-scious to continue status quo, than to make any great change. My experience has been that only someone who has been challenged by crisis, to what I call their action horizon, is going to rise to the occasion. What does that mean one might ask? Simply, when the pain becomes greater than the effort required to heal. We often see this in people who are facing a terminal il lness or serious trauma, all of a sudden their is a willingness to change things like their diet or life style. I often ask, why would

‘promised la nd’ , ac hievable through the ethical practice of keeping Covenantal laws, yet we stil l make the mistake of believing that the ‘promised land’ is a piece of real estate !

Our conventional understanding of a Temple is as a place of wor-ship, or a place where people congregate to pray or meditate. To be sure, this is what a 'temple' has come to be in our time, though the shrine or chapel por-tion of ancient Temples com-prised only the sacred innermost sanctum of a complex that often sprawled over many square miles ! It has been said that the true Temple is the human heart,

where the divine flame of God's Love abides. Greeks believed that all of nature or the whole world, is truly God's Temple. Concordant with Yashua's mes-sage that we are each our own

priest and mediator, in direct relationship with the Father, perhaps the sacredness of our home is our Temple. Many de-vout people are known to keep shrine rooms or meditation altars in their homes, a tradition main-tained in numerous cultures. If there are various understandings of what a true Temple is, and if one or all of these is truly 'the Temple', why then might we wish or need any greater form of Tem-ple? For numerous reasons, I

Why a Temple ? A Benevolent Paradigm by Karish

Precisely . . . what is a Temple ? There seems much natural mis-understanding surrounding this simple question. What was once “The Temple” seems to have devolved into what we term a 'church', a 'chapel ' or a 'shrine'. It is interesting to note that the word 'church' (from the Old English 'circe') is a transliteration of the original Greek word “kvpiakov” meaning literally, “House of the Lord”. Over time, it's meaning became misunder-stood as being a building. In it's original sense, it meant the mem-bers of the Lord's “House” i.e. the Family of God, or in the Christian sense, the Community of Christ. Dogmas do seem to distance people from simple common sense.

As a result of Master-ship achieved through the ‘Mystery Schools’ of 18th Dynasty Egypt, Akh e na t e n - mo se s spiritually guided the

illiterate Bedouin and Israelite people by likening the astral bliss of the light body, in balance with the flesh, or ‘Kingdom of Heaven’, to the ambrosianic joy associated with partaking a diet of pure milk and honey. He also used the metaphor of the

home to do good. Is it best, starting were we are, to release fear in ourselves, and generate much needed love? It is only from a place of peace, that true fulfil lment can come. Fear breeds much ill in society; greed, violence and poverty to name a few. According to Bud-dhists, working on ourselves is the best way to help the world. If I myself can become exem-plary, then my partner or my neighbor, strangers, even ene-mies, could follow and create a kinder, more benevolent world.

and then direct your attention to the energy vibration most reso-nant to your highest good. Crystals in this context are any naturally occurring mineral that has the ability to contain a very precise vibration, which can be amplified if so directed. Other naturally occurring items can be included, such as feath-ers, leather, and silk. When you have achieved the desired result, you can de- or re-program your Spiral, depending upon the need.

ciencies or accumulations, Crys-tals can be used to balance these conditions, usually over a period of about three months.

Crystal Life Spirals.

Having discerned a persons col-our balance, the Facilitator will attune and select Crystals that will absorb, stimulate or balance particular auric colours. These Crystals are then artfully woven into a Fibonacci spiral of Sterling Silver, usually in the presence of the wearer. The Fibonacci spiral is a replication of the divine uni-versal vortex, commonly seen in sea shells. As the Life Spiral is being created, Intention is brought clearly into focus. An intention is a specific conscious outcome a person desires, relative to a situation or condition pre-sent in a person’s life. After wear-ing a L ife Spiral for the period of three months, it is fascinating to see the results of a retest. Often recipients continue to benefit from their Life Spiral for an ex-tended period.

Crystal Spiral Projects. “As a Crystal Healing Arts Facilita-tor I use Crystal Spirals as tools for self awareness and empowerment, to affect l ife around me, in the most beneficial way. ” Crystal Spirals are constructs of copper wire, enhanced with crys-tals or minerals and other natural elements, in the configuration of the Fibonacci Sequence, which models the Golden Mean Spiral. One thought is that the Golden Mean is the design of Universal Intelligence and the Fibonacci Sequence describes nature’s way of manifesting this plan. The Spiral is then attuned to a desired frequency (‘the Inten-tion’), which can be broadcasted like radio waves for any specified result. Crystal Selection. When selecting your crystals, first define intent for using the spiral

auric colours and these can be photographed. So, we know col-our is an aspect of us. Colours in the aura represent the quality of energy a person is send-ing out or emanating. It is now understood that a persons health and mental -emotional condition can be ‘read’ by observing the colours present in ones auric field. The Crystal Lotus has devised a system utilizing dowsing to discern anomalies within one’s colour balance. Whereas an aura picture captures one’s colour emanation in a particular moment, The Crystal Lotus System tests color content for a longer time frame, giving a more accurate glimpse of our auric state. Historically, people have been fascinated by gems and precious stones, and wore these on their bodies, either displayed openly in a setting, or carried discreetly in a medicine pouch. What moti-vated them to do this? Prehistoric inhabitants of this Earth are believed to have used stones as talismans for protection against seen and unseen forces. Early, evidence shows that inventive people learned to drill and carve precious stones to fit into shapes and symbols. More recent examples of this can be seen in Egyptian artifacts, which were used as ceremo-nial jewellery to protect the wearer from harm, in life and after death, for the safe and successful journey of the soul. Many remarkable works of art have been found on the mummified remains of the pharaohs, and other nobles. The gems used were carved and polished, and placed in settings which represented a variety of spiritual concepts. This was in addition to their energy related properties. I suspect that peoples of the past were aware of the intrin-sic nature of various stones. The word talisman comes from the Arabic; tilsam (magical figure), via the Mid-dle Greek word telein (to initi-ate into mysteries), meaning “an object producing appar-ently magical or miraculous effects”. The Native Indian Zuni tribe, in the American southwest, to this day carve what are called fetishes. A ‘fetish’ is a

type of talisman which usually depicts different animals or symbolic figures. A person would wear their fetish to connect with a particular ani-mal totem, and in this way purportedly a strong mystic bond could be established with the spi rit of the animal. The particular energy that the totem accessed could protect

and guide the wearer. Ted Andrews defines, in his book ‘Animal-Speak’, a totem as “any object, animal, or being to whose phenomena and energy a person feels closely associated with during their life”. The Zuni also create the ‘corn maiden’ which is used to bring forth fertility and abundance. It is interesting to compare the image of the Zuni corn maiden as a ‘goddess’ figure, with the iconographic use of the Madonna in Christianity. On the African continent, we

see similar art expressed in carvings of wood, bone and stone. The medicine men, who were often the carvers, consecrated each piece of art with strong ritual elements, for a particular person, who would then use it presumably for prescribed purposes. Tra-ditionally their belief was that the ‘spirit ’ of what the object

depicted came to abide within it. This has been called Ani-mism. It’s relative, Shamanism, originating in northeastern Asia, operates with similar ideas, that the world is gov-erned by unseen forces or ‘spirits’ that must be appeased or influenced for the good of the tribe. In modern times, where science and technology are the ‘modus operandi’, the shamanistic process, in the traditional sense of animistic belief, seems more or less eradicated . . . or is it? Women and men still adorn

themselves with gemstones in traditional jewellery, yet, has the genuine shamanistic proc-ess transformed into some-thing else? Instead of ritual objects such as the medicine pouch and the talisman, there is now an abundance of per-sonal high tech objects such as cell-phones, palm pilots and even handheld DVD players, which dominate, and interest-ingly, in all shapes and colors. Where ritual objects formerly were made with the intention to align one with their divine source, does this modern phe-nomena contribute to mis-alignment with divine order? Instead of connecting with true guidance, people are now communicating at an isolated distance. Are we becoming increasingly separated from our connection within? I’m reminded of the hypnotizing quality of computerized game toys that my nephews are pre-occupied with. Their ‘heads’ are so closely locked into the games, that it seems they lose track of reality. Could it be that these things do not con-tribute to healthy relation-ships? Are they helpful tools to grow into an adult life? Whereas indigenous peoples used thei r beliefs to sustain themselves and care for their tribe, we seem to have shown few such tendencies. Instead, we proliferate violence, eco-nomic slavery and addiction. Perhaps these seem grim words, but think about how much violence is broadcast daily, and how many of us have huge debt loads that require unfulfilling jobs. To cope, we often succumb to various addictions, from sub-

stance abuse, such as sugar, coffee and other drugs, to behaviors such as consumer-ism or workaholism. Very few are immune to addiction. Arguably, the fear based root causes, which are greed, abdi-cation of responsibility and denial, underlay the current misalignment and lack of sustainability which jeopard-ize happiness. Often there is an unfulfilled desire, a search-ing going on inside of us, for who we are, what we are, for love, the ideal relationship, and the list goes on and on. Imagine how this manufac-tured vulnerability facilitates consumerism. How can ful-fillment arise from such con-ditions? The solution must be found within, through reflection and by letting go of negativity and fear. This includes releas-ing our unnecessary attach-ment to things, harmful men-tal-emotional states and co-dependan t rel at ion shi ps. Only this allows us to move into the light, and a state of self love and acceptance, which is the fundamental condition for receiving the love we all need. Perhaps the ancients knew something about a whole other world that we overlook in our busy rush for production and effi-ciency, where the $ is god. The media and marketplace are awash with pseudo- spiri-tual services and products. Caviat Emptor! What is di-vinely aligned, is for the user to discern. I believe the ancients knew something about the cosmos around them, and invoking a connection to its source, whereby wellbeing and pros-perity could be expected. Is it true that many today have misaligned themselves to a great degree from the source

of creation and are suffering deeply as a result? If so, clearly there are solutions and reme-dies. It has been demon-strated that Crystals and Gems, used with intention, in a talismanic way, can harmo-nize misaligned energies and give one perspective into the healing journey. To illustrate, a Crystal Talisman operates similar to a tuning fork hold-ing a precise vibration. Con-sider the analogy of piano tuning, where the body is the piano, the Crystals are the tuning fork and the tuner is one’s authentic self. In this way each person may accom-plish the process of dissolving destructive patterns of think-ing or releasing residual harm-ful emotions and become attuned to the divine order. This ‘work’ can become joyful fun when the process is un-derstood. By empowering ourselves thus, and by liberation from fear, f reedom and wellbeing is the only possible outcome.

This column, is dedicated to observing extraordinary interaction that Children are having with the Mineral Kingdom. What is a Crystal Child? A thought on this is that they hold a very new pure crystalline structure in their electromag-netic field, which is clear and precise, like a crystal anchoring specific qualities and virtues. A typical crystal child tunes into all sensory resources and is therefore holisticly active. They show what they know. Lilly, born May 12, 2003 has shown amazing consistency when selecting crystals to show me.

What are Crystal Children?

Here are two web sites describing this phenomena: “The first thing most people notice about Crystal Children is their eyes, large, penetrating, and wise beyond their years. Their eyes lock on and hypnotize you, while you realize your soul is being laid bare for the child to see. Perhaps you've noticed this special new "breed" of children rapidly populating our planet. They are happy, delightful, and forgiving. This generation of new light work-ers, roughly ages 0 through 7, are like no previous generation.”

"Every rock is a crystal to her. She will pick up a stone in the parking lot and it becomes special to her.

She 'knows.' When the famil y does a candle

ritual she brings out her stones to form a circle around the candle. She

did this instinctively; no one (human) suggested for her to do so.”

On my bed table there is a large bowl filled with sacred objects, crystals and stones. I intend it to represent family bliss and home. In the centre, a man and woman are embrac-ing and placed tenderly be-tween them is a Tantric Twin Crystal. From this centre radi-ate special crystals, minerals, sand, shells and prayers. Consistently, and I mean every time Lilly shows me something from this bowl, it is Red Jas-per. Is this coincidence? You decide. When I meditate on this, I have become acutely aware of my pulse and activate within myself a sense of absolute nur-turing and the true meaning of generosity. This is the blessing Lilly gives me every day. Thanks to bloodstone, I am more aware of it and I am grateful.

embodied in the symbolism presented. This is the true purpose of Tarot, not the for-tune telling or entertaining game it is oft understood to be. Any sincere student of Tarot can testify that deeper study and use can reveal hid-den agendas within oneself. With such insights, we are able to guide ourselves towards greater fulfillment through being able to make more con-scious choices, amidst the many distractions within the world.

Crystals are tools that can be used consciously. They hold within their structure, the pre-cise energetic vibrational im-print with which they were created, and may together with a clear intention, assist a per-son on their healing journey. This vibration could facilitate alignment with a healthier way to manage energy, and as well, open blocked energy pathways within a persons energy field. The modality of Crystal Heal-ing provides this potential clearly. There are many reasons and means to walk the labyrinth, and recently I’ve come to value the path in a new way: helping me come to terms with chaos in my life. I have been taught like most in my culture, to value order as the ultimate good, and disorder, or chaos, as the ultimate evil. From this point of view, there can be only one or the other, or at best, a pendulum swing between the two polarities. What if we didn’t ascribe such values to order and chaos? What if we decided to explore them further and see what can be gleaned from each? In exploring order, and following it to its extreme, we find stagnation; everything fixed and unmoving. Hardly what I

eral cleansing breaths. Shift your awareness to the other viewpoint for another 10 min-utes. Again, connect until you hold that fully in conscious-ness. Bring your awareness back to the room and do sev-eral cleansing breaths. Ask yourself: “What is the highest possible resolution of this po-larity for me?” Open to the first answer that comes. Allow the answer to come. Let it surprise you. Record your an-swer in whatever form suits it: colour it, write it, build it, dance it. Do it.

Within that answer is the col-lapse of linear or dual exis-tence. Open up to a third pos-sibility or more; embody the Divine Trinity and encompass all forms of existence. In the center of that Triangle is the One – The Divine Source of all inspiration, creation and your highest potential. Go find it!

Thus, the tremendous curiosity about one useful tool: Crystal Healing. I often relate what Crystal Healing is to VIBRA-TION and CALIBRATION. Essentially, everything in exis-tence is reducible to a vibration. So much smaller than atoms, quarks or strings, consider it the true universal language with which different beings commu-nicate! The Mineral Kingdom communicates by holding spe-cific vibrations in their struc-tural matrix – often for aeons. Something in us responds to those vibrations and we find ourselves drawn to certain col-ours or shapes (geometries), over and over again. In a Crys-tal Healing class or workshop, facilitators provide the ‘setting’ for you to interact with crystals, so you can expand your reper-toire of tools. Crystal healing utilizes the specific and unique vibrations of crystals and gem-stones to calibrate our body’s energy matrix and move closer to optimal health. The tool is not the magic – the magic is in you, as your body matrix trans-forms and finds its own new balance, as you come to evolve your skills at active listening to the deeper messages of your own body, emotion s and thoughts. There is wisdom there: hard-earned and valuable. Honour it and evolve, so you

There is far more to "reality" than human beings can ordi-narily access with any of their senses, including extrasensory ones. What we can access at any given time depends upon the integrity of our sensory system. Perception occurs when minds try to understand all incoming sensory data and use internal filters (learned over time from our environ-ment and context) to con-struct a reliable picture of “reality”. One could say that we are what we think and feel, not merely what we sense. Ideally, we function in ways that create an internal har-mony. When that inner har-mony wavers, staggers, and crashes, we experience tre-mendous dissonance, which prods us to REACT and seek ways to change our environ-ment or ourselves. With most people I meet , I search for genuinely useful tools to as-sess, debug, and transform their thoughts or their emo-tional reactions that have been learned and entrenched, like deep ruts in fertile ground. Peak health exists when we function at the high-est possible level of internal harmony, in tune with our local, global and universal environment.

Sacred Seven The All Chakra Stone The Sacred Seven Crystal, a rare combination of seven minerals, is now available in Canada. This very special Crystal originates from Brazil and is composed of: Amethyst, Cacoxenite, Goetite, Lepidochrosite, Clear Quartz, Rutile and Smokey Quartz. Crystal pioneer Melody writes:

“It presents information for both individu -als and for the collective, assisting one to understand and to facilitate the changing of ones “thinking” in order to set into motion the new “laws” allowing peace, harmony, and love to guide and govern ones being.”

In the past, very few specimens found their way into our part of the world, but now you can ex-perience Sacred Seven first hand. The Crystal Lotus first presented this potent stone to the Advanced Crystal Healing Class, in August 2002. Sacred Seven has been dis-covered to be a powerful catalyst

which compels one happily forth towards path and purpose. You may also discover Sacred Seven to be associated with ‘The Chariot’ card in the Crystal Lotus Tarot.

It’s essence promotes the balanc-ing of extremes at every level, in order to move forward confidently in an integrated way. The Key word is ‘Victory’.

“You can’t hide when working with Sacred Seven”

It’s good to become aware of the truth of our illusions, and our transparent nature. Freedom is a state of mind. Any-one willing to take up the chal-lenge is welcomed.

believe there is a place for a true Temple in especially our culture, but first, it may be useful to learn a little about various 'Temple' cultures of the past. Perhaps the function of Temples in temple cultures of the past, was different from what we know to be their function today. Could an analysis offer clues or keys towards extricating ourselves from complexities and confusion extant within present institutions of religion, government and edu-cation? It is certainly true that ancient cultures degenerated into strife, tyranny and decay, and it would be naive to suggest that temple cultures per se could be panacea in alleviating modern ills. On the other hand, let's look with an open mind at what is known about how they were beneficial, compared to what we know is failing in current social structures. Whether we look to ancient In-dia, Egypt, Sumeria, or recent Tibet, we find similar archetypes. In Theocratic cultures, political division between church and state had yet to be manufactured and the temple system flourished, in part because of the absence of political wrangling between these divided factions. Later, Theocra-cies became 'hijacked' at the be-hest of commercial overlords, power brokers and corrupted myths. Original temple complexes were divine city states governed by Kings and Queens guiding courts of ministers and officials who administered governance, justice,

the main temple, where there was opportunity to develop talent, be it in art, artisanry or craft. We speak of 'Holy Worship' but the Old Teutonic root of ‘holy’ is the same as 'whole'. The Old Teu-tonic root of 'worship' is the same as 'workship' or 'workshop'. Imag-ine “whole hearted workship” or “holy workshop”.

so on. Those with less academic ability were guided into useful occupations as artisans, train ing in the numerous workshops. Temples often included housing tracts, agricultural areas, bakeries, dairies, kitchens, hospitals, labo-ratories, l ibraries, spas, art stu-dios, and teaching gardens. They were 'universal cities', or if you

If an ‘adept’ mastered the arts and sciences, there was opportunity to partake in the ‘mystery schools’ adminis-tered by ‘gate keepe rs ’ a nd ‘Masters’ of the enlightenment teachings. After successful ascen-sion and descension through the ‘stages of the path’, one became fully ordained. The Kings and Queens were not exempt from such rigorous spiritual and intel-lectual training, in order to fulfill their roles. I am sure there must have been vast times of peace and harmony, as a result of people receiving true education, justice and care through temple systems. A recent example of temple cul-ture is found in the ‘Lamaist’ system, practiced for 1200 years in Tibet. While viewed as feudal and backwards by invading ty-rants, Tibetans had been largely happy throughout their Buddhist history. Tibetan society was not perfect, they were not without human problems, eccentricities, petty crime and mental aberra-tions, but there was not a murder in Tibet for 800 years. one not wish to foresee this ear-lier, so that unnecessary greater suffering could be avoided? I truly believe one can do this. By becoming brave and willing to grow in awareness of one’s inner processes, I know this is possible. In order for this to begin to hap-pen, one must meditate, become still . Even meditating quietly for 5-10 minutes daily can open a tremendous door and Crystals can be effectively used to facili-tate that. Why not explore this possibility?

people living within, and the population at large. Tibetan tem-ples were known to be well-springs of emotional and mental health, with monks, nuns, lamas, married and single men and women, children, the elderly, travelers, students and pets, all l iving happily amongst one an-other. Further, Temple culture appears more sustainable, in its decentral-ized nature, simple constitution and ‘grass roots’ economy, as well as being free from fiscal tyranny.

This is coupled with self suffi-ciency and a co-operative spirit of sharing, all of which creates tre-mendous wealth and synergy towards fulfillment, healing and personal growth. Lastly, at a time when the “House of the Lord” and divine functions of education, governance, and a d min is t rat ion ha ve b ee n usurped by numerous cabals, Temples could become the needed link towards redeeming failing functions within society. Imagine a New World Order com-

g arment s , sh e could avail herself to the Temple, or for medicine, or food, and so

forth. People visiting the Temple were treated with dignity and hospitality, receiving counseling, guidance and spiritual teachings. They were sent home redeemed with ‘blessings’ having been minis-tered unto them with immeasur-able kindness and compassion. Tibetan Temples were also supe-rior educational institutions, as well as fulfill ing functions of gov-ernance, justice and administra-tion. It is important to note that any evolved system must be predi-cated upon altruistic intent, and governed by a divine king, in the case of Tibet, the immensely wise Dalai Lamas. Unfortunately, eras of peace, contentment and pros-perity, often foster great faith and an almost corollary lack of mili-tance, which makes such cultures vulnerable to invasion and de-struction.

Earlier, I asked, "Why might we wish or need 'the Temple' as an institution today?". There seem several valid reasons, least of which might be, for those who do not find the temple in their hearts or nature, a living Temple facility might provide the healing and learning environment necessary to discover and practice enlighten-ment. A second reason, may be, in an era of diminishing ‘community’ within society, the Temple could fulfill this great need, both for the

prised of true Temples providing justice, peace and benevolence. We only need decide so, and Temples could arise like a Phoe-nix from the ashes of a defunct paradigm. Remember, with God, ALL things are possible. I'l l close with a true confession. I have a great passion for sacred art. Having trained as an architect, I also have great love for sacred building forms, as well as build-ings as magic: Geomantics. Ge-odesics. Stupa. Dome. Pyramid. Pagoda. I'l l tell you a story about a young architect I met while visit-ing an architectural school. He discussed seriously the pragmatics of ‘functionalism’. I asked him to describe the difference between the roof of a simple house, and the roof of an elegant Buddhist Pagoda. He could only allude to relative difference in their shapes, t o w h ic h I re sp o nd e d , “symbolically, the house roof is saying only; ‘I repel rain and snow’. . . but the sublime implica-tion of the Temple roof? ‘I have a p rofou nd rela tionsh ip wit h Heaven !’ . . .” Look and see. True Temples are powerful gen-erators and great capacitors of spiritual energy (etheric plasma). Let's build one !

Crystal Healing is a modal-

ity that utilizes Crystals as tools to facilitate healing. In a meditative state, energy may be channeled through one or more Crystals, with the pur-pose of removing blockages or altering harmful patterns within the subtle bodies. As one cannot actually heal an-other person, the recipient of a Crystal Healing session is assisted in the process of self healing.

Dis-ease can manifest on many levels; mental, emo-tional or physical. The source may be located beyond the physical aspect of the body. I believe, the body consists of a spectrum of forms, physical and subtle. It is in the non-physical part of ourselves that we may discover what is caus-ing a problem or a disease. Working with the blueprint of the soul, as a map, one can

come to greater understand-ing of how to release destruc-tive patterns and thereby cre-ate happiness and health. In the Crystal Healing Courses, we explore the subtle anat-omy of the body. Meditation and attunement to Crystal Energy are utilized to become familiar with these aspects. As well, we study the different

Gems and Crystals hold the vibration with which they were created in the earth. They couldn’t have crystallized if the conditions were not ‘right ’.

Compare this with the work of Dr. Emoto from Japan, who has photographed solid water crystals (ice).

Water was frozen and then photographed in a micro-scope. Tap water and polluted water showed only deformed matter, but water that had been prayed over or had a label with a beneficial affirma-tion, like love or thank you, displayed exquisite Crystals. Taking the same polluted wa-ter, after placing beneficial intention on it, like a Zen-monk chanting prayers over it, caused the water to change and the water was able to form perfectly terminated crystals.

Crystals and how they can be used.

The Sufi poet Rumi wisely said: “Why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open?”

This is so true in self healing. We seem to stay in “It” until we get “It”. Initially, most people have to acknowledge, accept and resolve their past emotional issues, and this can be both challenging and re-warding. Care and sensitivity is taken to ensure one’s pri-vacy and confidentiality in exploring these areas, along with nurturing support .
