Two clicks maximum is all it takes. When you place the order, for example, at the reception desk, it is automatically transferred

along with the patient data to the diagnostic instruments. You can also connect ZEISS FORUM with your Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

All ordered exams are shown in the instrument’s work list. The technician simply selects the patient from the list and is ready to

non-DICOM instruments can be connected

to ZEISS FORUM. The application converts

the device data such as images and reports

into DICOM files and transfers them to

ZEISS FORUM for storage.

A clinical application that lets you analyze functional data from the ZEISS Humphrey® Field Analyzer (HFA™) right at your

desk – that’s the ZEISS FORUM Glaucoma Workplace. An intuitive, transparent tool, it even automatically merges that

information with structural data from the ZEISS CIRRUS™ HD-OCT into a single “Combined Report” for easier assessment.

Decision guidance is also provided with Guided Progression Analysis (GPA). It displays a patient’s entire examination history

to more easily determine the rate at which the field of vision is shrinking. Trend analyses can be interactively updated with

the ZEISS FORUM Glaucoma Workplace. It is also particularly helpful when beginning a treatment and a current reference

is needed.

As a compact workflow and review package, FORUM GO® from ZEISS is an attractive offering, particularly for small

and mid-size practices wanting to enter the world of electronic eye care data management. The package includes a

state-of-the-art 23“ HD display and high-performance computer, on which ZEISS FORUM is pre-installed and ready

for immediate use. ZEISS FORUM GO connects up to three diagnostic instruments, providing access to all examination

data – from up to three workstations simultaneously, if needed.

ZEISS FORUM LINK ToolsConnecting your non-DICOM devicesMore and more eye care professionals are looking to digitally manage their diagnostic data. However, connecting instruments

that lack a network or DICOM-compliant interface has been virtually impossible – until now. ZEISS FORUM LINK Tools allow you

to integrate non-DICOM devices, regardless of the manufacturer. In fact, you can even schedule exams on these instruments using

the patient demographics stored in ZEISS FORUM.

ZEISS FORUM LINK net lets you seamlessly connect instruments lacking a DICOM interface to ZEISS FORUM. Their output data

are converted into DICOM-compliant files that can be imported into our data management solution.

ZEISS FORUM LINK port lets you link non-networked instruments to ZEISS FORUM. The tool captures data from the instrument’s

parallel printer port and converts them into DICOM files. These are then also transferred and stored in the central archive.

migrating legacy data from various diagnostic instruments. When they result in multiple entries in your database, they often

With ZEISS FORUM ASSIST match, patient record inconsistencies such as these can be quickly eliminated. This highly

effective tool accurately identifies duplicate entries and other irregularities in ZEISS FORUM. Thoroughly scanning all patient

files, it corrects any inconsistencies and lists them for confirmation – saving you the time, effort and money of a manual

search. You are even able to define your own search criteria.
