Founded in 1957 and based in Mathi (Italy), Megadyne is a global manufacturer of rubber and urethane drive belts and associated components used in power transmission, product handling and linear positioning applications. Megadyne has grown from being a small family company to an international leader in its related fields. It has many manufacturing plants (located in Europe, Asia and America) and more than 50 commercial locations where industry leading manufacturing, excellent customer service and advanced distribution and fabrication capabilities are provided.

Megadyne produces a wide range of thermoplastic polyurethane open-end and truly-endless timing belts as well as rubber timing belts, v-belts, flat belts and related metal drive components. Megadyne delivers solutions to industry not only with innovative standard products, but also with custom constructions and fabrication capabilities such as the application of cleats, tracking guides, co-extruded and fabricated covers, machined modifications and other made-to-order solutions capable of durably handling extreme environmental conditions.
