It is an exceptional course for a very limited number of participants.The course begins on Thursday 19th October in Olsberg with severallive surgeries on patients and will finish on Friday afternoon at03.00 pm. The hands-on-training on cadaver ist starting on Satur-day morning at 09.00 am at the Institute of Anatomy of the Univer-sity of Münster. The cadavers are prepared with an exceptionaland unique method called “Thiel fixation”. This method leavesto the soft tissue enough elasticity to perform in a realistic waythe various techniques of soft tissue management and bonegrafting.

During this 5 days training different topics of the courses I-IV willbe presented and discussed, from simple minimal invasive bonegrafting to 3D vertical bone augmentation. Theoretical backgroundsupported with live surgeries and hands-on-training on animal ca-davers is presented for every topic. On the last day the participantshave the chance to do different surgeries on human cadavers (Thielfixated) with the support of the clinic staff. Thiel fixation is a veryunique technique giving the tissue excellent quality which isvery similar to living tissue. This makes hands-on-training veryclose to real surgery in the office.
