GENESISThe Foundation for MSME Clusters (FMC) was conceptualised to contribute towards the process of cluster based development of MSMEs and thus enhance their competitiveness, innovativeness, generate sustainable employment and alleviate poverty. FMC was legally constituted as a non-profit registered Trust in the year 2005.

VISION“An economically progressive, socially connected, environmentally sustainable world that is spiritually rooted and composed of interconnected yet diverse local socio-economic systems”

Conceptualise, designed, supported and evaluated

cluster initiatives in 21 developing countries.

Outreach in almost all the states/regions across India to

implement and support cluster initiatives.

Published 20 documents and videos on cluster

development including methodology documents, policy

papers, and case studies across thematic disciplines.

Organized more than 50 programmes on cluster

development methodology in India and abroad.

Teamed up with more than 250 associations & 25

institutions to promote Cluster Development

Programme.

Provided knowledge storehouse on the only cluster
