Employer accounts on the Foundation for Youth Opportunities (YouthOpps) website enable you to post jobs, and review and manage applicants on the YouthOpps portal. Employers have the ability to search and compare resumes and candidate job skills to find the best-fit candidate. 1. Create an Account Creating a Youth Opps Employer account is easy, fast, and free! Employers go to hiring.youthopps. monster.com, click “Request Account”, and complete the short form. Once the YouthOpps Team approves your request, you will be able to use the service, post your jobs, and find the best candidates. 2. Post Your Job To post a job, fill in basic information about your company and the job you want to advertise. You can add screening questions specific to your job to rate your candidates. Use sample job description provided by the site for reference. Job Corps Center recruitment counselors work closely with students who have the skills required for your job. Students will post their resumes and cover letters for you to review, interview, and select. 3. Manage Candidates Review candidate resumes who applied to your job. Rate and correspond with the candidates using site. 4. Score and Compare Candidates Monster’s Power Resume Search scores and ranks candidates so you can identify how well a candidate matches the job at a glance. It offers side-by-side candidate comparisons so employers can make more informed, objective decisions faster.
