Session 2:• Drivers in a financial model and MS Excel basics for building a financial model• Practicals: Understanding profit and loss a/c of a company Building financial model (with real life example)

Session 3:• Practicals: Understanding balance sheets of a company Building financial model (with real life example)

Session 4:• Understanding / calculating ratios in a financial model• Evaluating the business model of companies through financial modeling • Qualitative assessments and valuation of business

Note: The practicals will be conducted on MS Excel. The candidate must have the software installed in his / her laptop or in the facility where the session is going to be conducted

Duration: 12 to 15 hours

Certification: Certificate from ICICIdirect Centre for Financial Learning will be issued to participants after successful completion of the programme
