RESORT COMPONENTS & LAYOUT

Ǹ Rooms are massed in 56 individual hotel “clusters”, each containing one to three keys

Ǹ Luxury-finish rooms range in size from 600 SF to 4,500 SF, larger than rooms at most comparable luxury resorts

Ǹ The site’s hil lside topography provides each room with unobstructed views of the ocean, coastal islands, and mountain landscapes

Ǹ Nearly every key is built with a private garden “plunge pool” accessible through the bedroom

Ǹ The resort amenities include:

• Two restaurant and bar facil it ies

• 24,000 SF indoor/outdoor spa facil ity

• Fitness and Market Square with exercise rooms and pool, tennis courts, a general store, and activity outfit ters
