Take advantage of the full potential of the innovative ewm MULTIMATRIX welding processes. With the ewm Xnet 1.0 net-work software from ewm, you can analyse all welding data in real-time – from welding voltage to gas consumption. This way you immediately detect disruptive factors, such as in-correct parameters, thus preventing production downtime and increasing economic efficiency and your production volumes in the process chain.

One instance of the software is required for each network, regard-less of the number of subscribers.
The Administrator Software ewm Xnet 1.0 networks ewm power sources over Ethernet.
Manual, automated and robot power sources can be networked via LAN or WLAN.
The Administrator Software ewm Xnet 1.0 is used to:
⁄ Control and monitor the welding process of any number of ma chines (online monitoring) from any number of computer worksta- tions. ⁄ Manage, create and archive welding jobs both online and offline. ⁄ Analyse, evaluate, report and document recorded welding paramet ers for each networked welding machine, by means of various docu mentation and analysis tools. ⁄ Convenient and easy-to-create graphical network subscriber assign ment based on a work facility diagram.
A client-server architecture based on an SQL database with Internet connectivity is the basis of the system. The Administrator Software ewm Xnet 1.0 is characterised by an intuitive, simple menu structure and also supports graphical touchscreen interfaces and includes an open source SQL database; an available user-side database can be used if desired.
Windows 7 or Windows 8 is required as the operating system. Due to the data quantity of welding data recording, a separate fast server is to be provided by the user for large networks.
