Your order will ship from our studio in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Domestic orders will ship via Canada Post or courier, whichever option is most cost effective. International orders will ship via Canada Post Expedited. If you would prefer a specific shipping method or have an account number, please let us know.

Shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. If an order is needed by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.

Orders of $250+ will ship for free within Canada.

turnaround + backorders

Orders ship within 2-4 weeks of placement, and often much sooner. Please specify if you have a specific delivery date requirement.If an item you ordered is oversold,

Unless you prefer otherwise, we will ship what is currently available in your order, and ship any back-ordered items as they are re-stocked, free of charge.

Products must be displayed in their original packaging.

All cards, sets, notepads, gift wrap and tote bags are packaged in a clear sleeve or box with appropriate branding applied. Products must be sold as packaged. Packs and sets may not be broken up and sold individually.

If you are selling our products in an online store, credit must be given to Fox & Fancy in the product description.

cancellations, returns & exchanges

Cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Any

cancellations made after 24 hours may incur a 15% restocking fee.

We can only accept returns on damaged or defective merchandise. Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately Fox & Fancy cannot refund shipping costs.
