FPFC Expo at United Fresh 2021

The Fresh Produce & Floral Council is excited to bring its membership together for the FPFC Expo 2021 in a unique way this coming summer. FPFC Expo will be co-located with the United Fresh annual Convention & Expo to maximize opportunities for both memberships as in-person events get back to life.

WHATFPFC and United Fresh are teaming up to celebrate the return of in-person events with the first major produce industry expo on the West Coast in almost two years! The event will feature the FPFC Expo in its own pavilion on the trade show floor, with a welcome area to greet our FPFC members.

WHENThe FPFC/United Fresh Convention & Expo will be held June 24-26, Thursday-SaturdayA two-day expo Friday and Saturday expands traditional FPFC exhibit hours and allows us to greet visitors on both a workday and weekend. National and international travelers can conclude their experience Saturday night in one of the world’s greatest cities.

WHEREThe Convention & Expo will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in downtown LA, adjacent to the Staples Center and LA LIVE. This is the perfect place to bring the industry together in a large wide-open space that allows us to connect and drive our businesses forward.

FPFC Expo at United Fresh 2021 Application

The FPFC 2021 Expo will be held in conjunction with the United Fresh 2021 Convention & Expo in Los Angeles, June 24-26. FPFC will have its own dedicated section on the trade show floor, with a welcome center for FPFC guests and extensive signage. Special rates will apply for past FPFC exhibitors who have not exhibited in United Fresh shows.

FPFC and United Fresh are working together to grow both the FPFC Expo and the United Fresh Expo as a value to all attendees. Both organizations will recruit our past exhibitors as well as welcome new companies. In cooperation with FPFC, United Fresh will manage the financial booking process and all logistics for the FPFC Expo area.

Companies from whom we desire separation: FPFC/United Fresh cannot guarantee requests. PAYMENT DEADLINES AND CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to reserve a booth, contracts require a 50% deposit based on the amount of space requested. United Fresh will consider the location requests of companies but does not guarantee any specific location.

Final booth payment is due January 1, 2021 and is non-refundable if the company chooses to cancel.In the unlikely event of a force majeure cancellation of the expo caused by COVID-19 or other catastrophic circumstances in Los Angeles, exhibitors can apply 100% of their payment to a future FPFC event (if in FPFC EXPO) or United Fresh event (if in UF EXPO). If exhibitors would like a refund immediately, they will be refunded 80%.
