One 8” manifold with 8” valve and 8” dip pipe in front of tank. Manifold to have four 4”

FMC/Weco suction connections with valves and caps pointing forward. Manifold to have 8”

FMC/Weco union ends with caps on each side of the manifold.

Stainless Steel float for level indication

Standard 2” kingpin with 3/8” minimum king pin plate. King pin setting to be about 600 mm

 behind front of king pin plate. 5 th wheel height of typical tractor pulling this unit is 49.4 inches

(1255 mm) above ground.

Lift mechanism (winch line support) to allow winch line to connect to front of tank and raise tank 

over tractor tail roller. Or landing gear as per customer need.

Axles to be 25,000 pound rated axles with track width of 1.84 M giving overall width outside of 

tires of 2.5 M

Suspension to be metallic spring suspension rated for 20,000 pounds.

Air brake system with spring maxi brakes. Air brake system to be compatible with USA braking

system to be pulled with a EURO compatible tractor or others.

Trailer lights and electrical system to be compatible with USA or Euopean systems, and connected

to a USA or European compatible tractor or others.

Tires to be 11:00 x 22.5 tubeless tires, with single piece rims. Multi-piece rims not allowed.

Internal coating to be Carboline 859 with white or light tan color. Coating to be compatible with

normal frac fluids.

External paint on top, sides, and bottom to be Carboline #187 primer, 0.75 microns, Carboline #

134 color coat, 1.5 microns, and Carboline # 133 clear coat, 0.5 to 0.75 microns as per customer 

specifications.

All valves to be FMC/Weco style valves, model 12 or 12N, with Buna seals, and nylon coated

gate, and other trim standard. Valve handles with locking detents at 90 degrees to be included.

All Hose connections to be FMC/Weco style figure 206 or 207 Unions. 4” connections to be

Female sub connections, and 8” connection to be Male sub with nut on each end of manifold.
