OysterShare was created as a direct and equitable alternative to traditional shared property ownership, usage and holiday experience models.

Due diligence is undertaken by FOC and RCI. If this is satisfactory, a resort (or part of a resort) is valued by RCI. The total points for each property type are added up to give each type a total valuation. This is then divided into a weekly average. RCI work with the resort owners/promoters to complete the affiliation process with them. Further discussions take place with us to evaluate and build the OysterShare product ready for marketing, which includes assistance with pricing, salesforce training and the process of drafting the bespoke contracts.

At this time also, the logistics of integrating the resort’s own sales channels with the OysterShare administrative functions are formulated.
