RELIABLE PARTNER FRAME FACTORY produces light gauge steel framing

structures using galvanized cold-rolled steel studs in the

form of ready-to-site erection panels and trusses by

using advanced production, engineering systems and

software design by FRAMECADTM.

Integrated design and manufacturing process reduces

production time and eliminates collisions.

The FRAME FACTORY’s production plant and design

office is located in the Central Poland (1.5 hour away

from the airport in Warsaw and 1 hour away from the

airport in Katowice by car).

• FRAMECADTM production equipment separately

produces each element of the structure and it is

marked accordingly on the location of the construction.

This procedure eliminates the risk of incorrect

installation.

• Each section is produced separately and is

characterized by the parameters dependent on the

location of the panel or truss. All profiles are formed

and cut to the desired length directly in the machine. At

the same time all the machine punched holes and

fixing utility are made. Such made profiles are ready

for prefabrication.

• The prefabrication process takes place in a factory

after production of all elements. The components are

assembled and screwed to form panels, trusses, pillars

and ceiling beams. The process can be also done

directly on construction site.
