The policy of the Chateau is to keep the phones. We do realise that some pupils might use them as cameras.

It is important to realise that using the phones in France is quite costly. So we encourage pupils to limit their use.

Money?

We advise pupils not to carry all their money with them at all time. Their group leader can keep money/passports and health cards in a secure place.

Should the behaviour of a child not confirm with the signed behaviour agreement, the pupil in question might face sanctions.

In cases of extreme or persistent misbehaviour a pupil, along with a staff escort, may have to be sent home. If this is the case then parents will be expected to make arrangements to pick up their child from one of Scotland’s airports. The cost of the return flight for any child and the staff escort will be taken by cashing in the last payment of £110.
