ProductionOur rigorous quality control begins with our
uncompromising selection of suppliers of premium basic
materials for manufacture, such as cardboards, inks, etc.
Production
Printing processWe use an automated system that controls ink
stability and detects the minutest of defects.
We also randomly select one sheet in every
hundred produced, which is then manually
double-checked.
SecurityAll cards are stored in an isolated area
specifically designated for Casino playing
cards only.
Each card is then manually hand-checked
using a traditional visual method.
When your cards are delivered to your
nominated site, their movement is
monitored via a secure transport tracking
system.
Our packagingsEach deck is cello-wrapped, packed in its
tuck box, and protected with a high-security
holographic seal. They are then shrink-wrapped
in sixains or lots of twelve decks.
For the last fifty years, our quality-controlled processes have led to us achieving French government accreditation, allowing us to supply all casinos in France.
ColoursThrough our experience, Grimaud’s range of colours is recommended by our expert
printing department, however individual requests for different colours can be assessed
by our department, with professional recommendations made to you.

design of 100% reverse-printed cards allows us to

• 4mm white border, or a “bleeding-off” design
(no border) ;
• High grade laminated protection ;

• Small or large radius corners ;
