FRANCES MAY BARNES RECITAL HALL

Located adjacent to Byrnes Auditorium, the Conservatory of Music provides music faculty and students with an outstanding practice, instructional, and recital space. Faculty and student talent of the Department of Music, within the College of Visual and Performing Arts, is showcased here each semester at free, open-to-the-public performances. The Frances May Barnes Recital Hall, named for a 1915 alumna, is an excellent facility for smaller vocal and instrumental ensemble performances.
