Terms & conditions

It’s Applicable for both parties Franchisor & Franchisee.

1. All legal papers are mostly required when you entered in franchise business with us.

2. The application fee is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted or claimed to be adjustable under any circumstances.

3. Advance is necessary required for work proposal.

4. We conduct Annual meeting in the starting of every Financial Year, The meeting is conducted for discussion about new business ideas and specially for rewarding those people who performed well during the last year.

5. The applicant shall be liable to pay all taxes, duties and statutory charges. The taxes, duties and statutory levies paid by the applicant, cannot be refunded by Isha TV.

6. You may leave our Franchise business after informing us by notice but your security deposit will be given you after one year of receiving.

7. You have to give weekly report of your work and send us your Monthly current account statements in soft copy through mail on official Email Address.

8. After ending the Franchisee you cannot use any of our works or credits.

9. After the completion of one year, If you fail to pay renewal charges for upto 3 months, your contract will be terminated, also the franchise might be given to any other person. This right will be in the hands of Isha tv. However, if you are interested in buying the franchise again, double the renewal fee has to be paid.

10. All amounts shown on our tax invoices are in Indian Rupee unless specified otherwise. you must pay us in Indian Rupee.11. Franchise agreements not to disclose revenue Information without Our prior written consent.

12. This Agreement comes into force on the date of signing this Agreement with deposit security amount and shall continue for 12 months after this date. This agreement may be extended on the mutual agreement of both parties.

13. All disputes, arising out of this application, form shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the high courts in Mumbai, India.

14. We serve your online advertisements in our Publications in-house. At your request, we can provide you with statistical reports about the performance of your online advertising campaign. If you would like to track the performance of your campaign by using your own advertisement server, we will accept your redirect code.

15. If you do not pay us the full amount within the time stipulated in the tax invoice, we may remove your material from our Publications and stop any other work that we may be doing for you. You agree that we may recover the outstanding amount specified in the invoice together with interest, our legal costs, bank fees and charges, any other expenses incurredin attempting to recover the debt and any fees and commissions or other amounts we pay to any collection agency to act on our behalf.

16. Our prices are listed in our Rate Card and unless otherwise stated are exclusive of service tax bills. The Rate Card and these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time by us and without notice to you.

17. The law in force in Mumbai high court, Indian governs these terms and conditions.

18. Discrimination Conditions of Franchise business by Isha TV:

a) If any Information found that any cheating and manipulation has done by franchisee.

b) If any costumers complained that franchisee gave him falls commitment related to work.

c) If any poor performance found by Isha TV of any franchisee.

d) If Annual royalty fee will not deposited for 3 months after the completion of the year,(we give you 3 time reminder) franchisee will automatically be rejected.

e) If any misbehavior found with Isha TV.

f) If we realize that you have made a bad impact for brand.

19. We assure you to assist to grow your business but not to take any guarantee.

20. You can withdraw anytime from franchise business before one month of notice.

21. You will be the full responsible for any types of commitment, Service, Delivery and any Monetary transaction. Isha TV will not take any responsibility for your taken work. We will responsible for those work which would be given to us from your side.

22. We will provide rate list for your area but before every settlement we will provide actual commission. You may negotiatethe rate with the party but every time should be clear from outside also. You may take the advanced of the full amount in your own account from the party but you have to transfer our part of royalty commission to direct Isha TV account.

23. Distribution of any amount will be made as per the norms of our distribution rate card as per given above mentioned.
