THE APPLICATION PROCESS OF FRANCHISE APPLICANT

Application: You can apply for a Simit Sokağı franchise by filling in the form on “Franchising” section of the www.simitsokagi.com.

The Evaluation of Franchise Applicant:To ensure the system runs properly, to protect the brand value and to ensure that the customers get the smae high quality service in each store, the evaluation of franchise applicants is very important for Simit Sokağı. Reaching success starts with selecting the right applicant to work with.

The First Interview:After examining the information and documents filled by applicant on the internet, the first interview with the suitable applicants takes place.

Choosing and Approval of the LocationA Simit Sokağı franchise can be opened in the areas which have intense pedestrian and car traffic, the areas close by shopping malls, cinemas and schools, and the main arterial roads, which are available for a fast food business. The location of the store is approved and rented by the company’s authorities.

Signature of the Franchise Contract: “The Franchise Contract” which consists of the mutual duties and obligations between Simit Sokağı and franchise applicant and shows the rules to be obeyed by the franchise operator is mutually signed. This contract will be valid for 10 years as long as parties fulfill their duties.

The Submit and Start of Architectural Project: The projects of Simit Sokağı stores are drawn by architects working already with the company and the store key is delivered to the franchise operator in accordance with the determined price and payment plan.

The Planning of Training Programs:The secret of the Simit Sokağı’s success is transferring the existing experience to the franchise applicant and the employees through the intense training processes. Trainings are given in the central factory as theory and in branches as practice. During the operation of the store, the educational counselors continue trainings by visiting the stores.
