Dear Residents of Franklin Knolls, I hope this message finds all of you well and you all came through the wind storm unscathed. Let us all look forward to a pleasant spring. I regret to inform you all that this is my last message as your HOA president. My husband and I are moving to New York City for work and I will no longer be able to perform the required duties. I leave you in the very capable hands of Matt Mularoni, president pro tem and former HOA president. Thanks to our entrants to the best snowman competition this past winter. Pictures and details are included here in the newsletter and will be up on our website. Just a safety reminder, to help keep your property safe and lessen the likelihood of thefts. Please keep doors locked when you are not home. Avoid leaving valuables in your car or at least keep them out of plain sight. The new well and generator are up and running. Thank you to all those who made this project go so smoothly, especially Scott Wood. All that is needed to complete the project is to get landscaper out and regrade and seed the ground that was torn up by the digging of the new well.
Your 2016 FKHA Board and I are excited about the coming year and look forward to seeing you at our upcoming general meeting in November. WINTER SNOWMAN CONTEST WINNERS!
We had a mild winter and not too
many contestants in our ‘BEST
SNOWMAN’ contest but one
household did create a very
charming snowman who won first place. It was
The Smith’s on Tareyton. Second prize goes to The
Olsen residence on Lochmoor. This family built an
awesome snow fort that we felt deserved second
prize!
Congrats to our winners—1st prize was a $50 Tar-
get gift card and 2nd prize was $25 Target gift
card.

Home sales in the neighborhood can be hard to track. It takes time for it to show up on public records. Sometimes we are notified of the new owner when the house is
sold, sometimes we are not. If you have a new neighbor let us know. We have a wel-come kit that we would be happy to give them and let know about the community. Of
course new owners are welcome to contact us for the welcome kit too.
Stay Informed By Subscribing To The Blog On Our Website. The front page of our website has a run-
ning list of Blog posts with information that is relevant to our neighborhood. This is like a newsletter but only one
article at a time. You might see one post every week or two but sometime less if there is no news to share.
This also makes it easy to post something very quickly when needed. It is also a very cost effective way to com-
municate to our residents. We hope our residents like these posts and we are always looking for suggestions on
how to make it even better.
