Who we areFrazer Jones is a global boutique Search and Recruitment firm focused exclusively on HR appointments.

With eight global offices and a track record since 1996 we are a global leader in appointing HR talent. Our candidate base is in excess of 10,000 across the full spectrum of HR specialities. Our clients range from small to medium enterprises of a few hundred to several thousand employees to large well known global blue-chips with tens of thousands of employees on all continents.

We work across all industries from finance, logistics, travel, manufacturing, tech, telecommunications, retail, FMCG to pharmaceuticals, biotech, chemical and luxury goods. SBM Offshore is a leader in floating production and mooring systems, production operations as well as terminals and services to the oil & gas industry. They have grown from approx. 2,000 employees to in excess of 10,000 employees today with global operations.

We have worked closely with SBM’s Management team over the last 18 months and continue to do so to help build and develop further their HR function through the below appointments across 4 different locations.

Richard Demblon Group HR Director, Board Level (Monaco)Richard previously held a Board Leadership position for a leading Mining

company with his earlier career in HR leadership positions for the likes of BAT and BHP. He has lived in Belgium, Zimbabwe, Cambodia, China, Malaysia and London.

Bani Bin Zainal Azmian Divisional HR Director (Kuala Lumpur)

Bani joined SBM to lead HR for their growing Asia-Pacific region. He previously held HR leadership positions with Motorola and ACNielsen. Bani holds a Law degree and speaks

four languages. He has impressive knowledge of the region having worked there for more than 10 years and has also worked in the

UK and US.

Erik Toft Divisional HR Director (Rotterdam, Netherlands)

Erik previously held HR leadership positions for leading shipping organisations including Maersk. He has also worked in the pharmaceutical industry as well as for Deloitte. Erik has worked in Denmark, Greenland, the UK and the Philippines and holds an MBA from

INSEAD.

Scott has joined SBM to support the development of their Global Employment Company to improve the efficiency and quality of services to a significant part of their mobile workforce. He has held Management positions with Intel and Airbus and was a

Adam Cizek Head of Learning, Talent, Leadership CEE (Prague)Adam currently leads LTL for their growing CEE region based out of Prague.

Kees joined Philips to support on a variety of projects on an interim basis. Prior to this he was a Director at Deloitte leading consulting services within Leadership Development & Talent Management. He spent his earlier career

in a variety of HR positions with Océ and Cap Gemini.

Vera Gramkow Head of Learning, Talent, Leadership DACH (Hamburg)

Vera previously led Talent Management as a Director for Johnson Controls. Her earlier career was spent with Vodafone and Blackberry in a variety of L&D

positions in several different regions. She has lived in Germany, the UK and Canada.

Sharing best practice and giving back

Frazer Jones is constantly engaging with HR thought leaders and hosts a number of “Directors’ Circles” several times a year to encourage the sharing of best practice, personal experience and expertise. Previous speakers have included high profile leaders from Amazon, Fujitsu, McDonalds and Travelex.

The Circles include the HR Directors’ Circle, The Reward Directors’ Circle and LGB HR Directors’ Circle. These boardroom discussions are small gatherings (c.15 to 30 Director level individuals) held in major cities across Europe. We always aim to secure top level speakers with, ideally, provocative views on specific topics to not only present but engage all attendees in a fruitful discussion. The event and the drinks reception afterwards are also a much enjoyed networking time to meet fellow professionals in the field and catch up with old contacts.

Frazer Jones’ Corporate Responsibility (CR) programme is an integral part of the foundations of our business. The programme is centred on our corporate philosophy and outlines how we encourage responsible actions in every employee, both through delivery of business services and within the wider community. We divide CR into four categories - Charity, Diversity, Environment and Community - each of which influences the way we engage with clients, candidates and colleagues.

• Community – our commitment to the development and wellbeing of our employees and the ways in which we work to support the wider community, such as providing them with opportunities to engage with social causes on a pro bono basis

• Charity – corporate support for selected charities and encouragement of our employees to pursue their own charitable endeavours. We have raised thousands of pounds for our charity partners in the past 12 months and have a programme of events in place for 2014/15

• Diversity – a proactive approach to equality and diversity both internally and as part of our divisional recruitment methodologies. This includes external partnerships and the hosting of diversity forums to raise awareness and encourage best practice among our clients

• Environment – focusing on reducing our impact on the wider world and acting more responsibly as a global organisation
