A community cultural initiative of the Gladstone Regional Council
See the travelling Mt Druitt Indigenous Children’s Choir for their only public
performance in Gladstone as they sing their way across Queensland as part
of their ‘Freedoms Tour’.
The choir will sing and dance about the positive traditions of Aboriginal life, including dreaming, spirit, food,
kinship and language,
After their lively performance (sung in traditional Dharug Language)
the Gallery & Museum will host a meet and greet opportunity over a FREE light lunch before the choir
heads off to their next school visit.
