The wait is nearly over
and in March/April we will
experience yet another
action packed Marvel
movie extravaganza!
Steve Rogers is back in
that very flattering outfit of
his. Struggling with his
place in a world full of
modern values he is faced
with history. A somewhat
familiar face is making
himself known and causing
rather a lot of trouble for
the stars and stripes hero,
We’ll get to see some
great new faces as they
make their way into the
expanding Marvel
universe. Agent 23 aka
Sharon Carter is
introduced although it’s
not completely clear how
much of an impact she’ll
Have in this film. Sam
Wilson will be taking on the
role of Falcon and Frank
Grillo is Crossbones. It’s
great to see that IMDB
have listed that Peggy
Carter, Howard Stark,
Maria Hill (to name a few)
will be part of the latest
Marvel blockbuster. It has
been rumored that a
deleted scene from The
Avengers will be included
in this film. Anthony Mackie
is said to have described
the film as The Avengers
Part 1.5. Kevin Feige also
made a remark that the
film is like a political 1970’s
thriller masquerading as a
big superhero movie. Well,
I’m just super super
excited!

The highly anticipated
film The Fault In Our Stars
has released a trailer;
based on the award
winning novel by John
Green. This film is bound
to provide you with a
beautiful story.
The Supernatural spin off
has been given a title!
‘Supernatural: Tribes’. It’s
not completely
convincing yet, but let’s
give it a chance! After all
we owe it to the guys who
gave us the Winchesters!
Marvel have released a 49 second gag reel on YouTube!
I’m guessing that this will be a lot longer and provide even
more laughs on the DVD. The DVD is released February 24th,
it cannot come sooner! We need our Thor and Loki fix!
Mr. Cumberbatch is to appeal to the crime
genre yet again. He’s going to appear in
Blood Mountain; directed by Sergei Bodrov.
Shooting for Blood Mountain is set to begin in
Morocco in April. Benedict’s involvement has
not been officially confirmed yet. This means
that we may not get to see him battling it out
in Star Wars Episode VII, as filming dates
would clash.
Who can tell whether Blood Mountain will be
a hit? One thing for sure is that a lot of his fans
will surely show their support!

I happened upon this fabulous artist by
pure chance! After typing in Sherlock fan art. I
was blown away with their skill and obviously
good taste in TV Shows and Films etc. The
illustrations ooze skill and utter cuteness. I was
happy to find that a few of their items are on
Red Bubble, so take a look! Macho Machi is a
19 year old from Indonesia. It just goes to
show that awesome fandom artists live all
over the world! I hope they continue to
please us with their talent!

Reading the book luckily isn’t 100%
necessary for the Game of Thrones
series. To be honest I prefer the fact
that I haven’t ever read the books.
The show is incredibly well executed
that the surprises, suspense and
character progression is all a
pleasant surprise, not matter how
gruesome! Here are the books in
order, in case you did feel the need
to peep a little further in their world.
1. A Game of Thrones (1996)
2. A Clash of Kings (1998)
3. A Storm of Swords (2000)
4. A Feast for Crows (2005)
5. A Dance with Dragons (2011)
6. The Winds of Winter (TBC)
7. A Dream of Spring (TBC)
Season 4 will begin on Sky

9am. 24 hours after airing in
the US.

playing Daenerys Targaryen for
unknown reasons before filming
started.
Three Doctor Who guest stars
are in Game of Thrones.
They are Harry Lloyd, Iain Glen
and Thomas Brodie-Sangster.

If you are always wondering
about starting to read comics, then
start here. Marvel Legends is a great
UK comic that features Thor, Iron
Man, and Captain America. They
come out every month in your local
W.H. Smiths. They’re £3.50 so that’s
not a lot to spend every month. It’s
only when you become obsessed
with the other comics available that
it starts to get pricey!
Some have read this book as part
of their curriculum, so I hope that
hasn’t ruined any experience of the
book. I read it as an adult and it
changed how I think about the
world. You may be left with more
questions than when you started,
but isn’t that just what life is? Get a
little philosophical context in your
world. It’s only a small book so it
won’t take long at all to read it.
What to add to your subscription list? Source
Fed nerd obviously! If you love ALL things geeky
then this is for you. The presenters are super
funny and have great chemistry. They’ll soon
feel like YouTube friends. While you are over at

Delve into all things wonderful and geeky in
