BUILT FOR LIFE Fire Departments will be the first toreceive the free Side-by-Side Burn Kit.We’ve put togetherall the instructions you’ll need to build a side-by-sideburn demonstration unit for your department. Here’swhat’s in the Kit:

• A video showing how to build a side-by-side burndemonstration exhibit

• Printed instruction with easy-to-follow photographs• Itemized materials and tools lists• Guidance for educational outreach• Guidance for evaluating your burn demonstrations• Materials to help you gain local sponsors• Customizable public relations materials

GET YOUR DEPARTMENTRECOGNIZED

All BUILT FOR LIFE Fire Departments willreceive a certificate of participation, decalsfor display, BUILT FOR LIFE caps and a listingon the HFSC Web site and in fire serviceadvertising.

HFSC will select and acknowledge a limitednumber of BUILT FOR LIFE Fire Departmentsthat use HFSC materials to achieve a highlevel of local fire sprinkler educationaloutreach as part of this program: tendepartments will receive a customized HFSCtabletop fire sprinkler exhibit for theirexclusive, local use; one department willbecome the focus of a media opportunitywith a live appearance by HFSC celebrityspokesperson Ron Hazelton.
