Here at Ageing Better Middlesbrough we really appreciate all the help and support our members provide. Whether it is welcoming new members to taster sessions, helping the staff promote the programme at local events, or even running some of the taster sessions and group activities we provide.
Our helpers come together each month where they can catch up with each other over a free dinner, look at the opportunities and sign up for the sessions they would like to help with. This is also where some of our ideas for sessions are generated as people suggest things they could offer.
