The Freedom Programme is a free 12 week course (1½ hours a week) that informs and supports women to understand controlling relationships The Freedom Programme is about change to... • Develop knowledge and understanding of controlling and abusive relationships and how they affect your health and well-being. • Help you recognise the warning signs of an abusive person. • Build confidence and self-esteem so that you can take control of your life. • Offer you information and support to empower you to make safe and positive changes in your life. • Bring you together with other women, where you can share your experiences in a safe and confidential environment. The Freedom Programme is being run from a venue in central Bath.

You don’t have to walk straight into a group – we can offer a Pre Freedom 1:1 meeting to make sure this is the right service for you.

The Freedom Programme is safe and confidential. It is open to women across Bath & North East Somerset and beyond.

The programme and Crèche facilities are free.
