Green Team
Fremont is participating in a district initiative to lower utility costs. We have a "Green Team" on
campus and are working diligently to lower our utility bills. Did you know that the cost to provide
electricity to Fremont last year was $270,815.39? This is because we are an older school, have an
outdoor campus, and are one of the largest schools in the district. Our Green Team is asking for
your support through our PTO to provide energy saving timers and power cords. Any other ideas or
suggestions are appreciated. Please contact Emy Lydford:
[email protected] or McKenna
Sutton: [email protected] for
further information.
Shout out to Fremont’s families and staff!
*Thanks to Fremont Jr. High's bottle cap raising effort, we have helped over 20
children in our first two months, receive much needed cancer treatments. Thanks so much!! Keep bringing those bottle caps. Our goal is to help at least 100 children this year.
* Service Builders and Student Council Operation Christmas Child Drive was a great
success. Thank you to all who donated! 129 boxes were made-almost 2x’s as many as
last year!
Thank you Falcons for doing so much good!
Nurse News
Parents remember students may not carry
medication on campus without the health office
approving the medication per district policy.
Medications must have a current prescription
label and consent forms must be signed. Please
notify the health office if your child is carrying
an inhaler/ epi-pen etc. We supply
acetaminophen/ ibuprofen with parent consent
within this school year. If you any questions
please call 480-472-8334.
A Big Shout Out….
Thank you to Rieth Auto Turkey Drive for donating some turkeys to Fremont. Our receiving families are very appreciative. Happy Thanksgiving!
